The episode begins with Arjun noticing Meera’s new necklace. He compliments it, saying it’s beautiful. Meera happily tells him that Nitya gifted it to her. Arjun is pleasantly surprised but comments that it doesn’t seem like Nitya’s style. He adds that if he had to choose, he would’ve picked this exact necklace for Meera. Meera then reveals that Kaashvi was actually the one who selected it. Arjun praises Kaashvi’s taste in jewelry. Meera, feeling flattered, asks Arjun how she looks, but he, without even glancing at her, just says she looks good. This disappoints Meera, and she wonders why his lack of attention is bothering her so much, even though he praised the necklace again.
At the hospital, Kaashvi is curious and asks Swati who has been admitted. Just then, a nurse comes over and informs Swati that they urgently need blood for her daughter, and then quickly goes inside. Kaashvi is surprised—Swati had never mentioned having a daughter before. Swati explains that she keeps her personal life private and never spoke about her daughter. When Kaashvi asks what happened, Swati lies and says her daughter met with an accident and is currently receiving treatment. She assures Kaashvi that her daughter will be fine soon. Kaashvi offers her help and says if Swati needs anything, she should call. She also decides to ask Pradyumna to assist Swati.

Meanwhile, at home, Karun tells Meera he’ll play video games first and do his homework later. Meera runs after him playfully and catches him, but during the chase, Karun accidentally kicks Meera in the stomach. Meera screams in pain. A scared Karun apologizes and starts crying. Nitya arrives, sees what happened, and angrily scolds Karun. Hurt, Karun runs away. Meera quickly defends him, saying it wasn’t Karun’s fault—it was just an accident. But Nitya insists that Meera’s unborn baby should be their priority now. Meera firmly responds that Karun is her priority. She even shares the annual day incident to explain why Karun shouldn’t be scolded. Meera warns Nitya not to yell at Karun again and leaves. Nitya fumes silently and thinks she’s only tolerating all this because Meera is carrying Arjun’s child.
Elsewhere, Kaashvi asks Pradyumna if he knows anything about Swati’s daughter. Pradyumna lies, saying he doesn’t. Kaashvi asks him to help Swati since she might need support. She also reminds him about their Namas class and tells him to meet her at 4 PM. Pradyumna agrees and promises to be there.
The next day, Arjun secretly follows Pradyumna and ends up at a clinic. He becomes suspicious and wonders why Pradyumna is there. As Pradyumna enters a room, Arjun impulsively barges in after him—only to find Swati lying on a bed. Pradyumna quickly sends Arjun out and recalls how earlier he saw Arjun in the parking lot. Fearing discovery, he had asked Neelam to hide in the bathroom before Arjun could spot her. Now Arjun is confused—did he really see Neelam, or was it just his imagination? Because according to Pradyumna, he hasn’t met her yet.
Later, Kaashvi waits at the venue for Pradyumna, but he doesn’t show up. Arjun is also present and sends a voice message to Meera. At the same time, Kaashvi sends a voice note to Pradyumna, asking where he is. But Neelam convinces Pradyumna to ignore Kaashvi and not respond to her at all. Meanwhile, Meera is busy helping Karun with his school project. The staff then comes and asks Kaashvi and Arjun to team up and become a pair.
