Mahima denies any wrongdoing while Arjun chases the old groom, stunned by his advanced age before he escapes.
Pradyuman slaps Mahima, furious at her betrayal. Mahima confesses acting out of jealousy towards Kashvi. Pradyuman vents his frustration – tired of Mahima’s schemes and Arjun’s constant presence. He threatens to expose Mahima’s gambling habits and this incident to Kashvi once she recovers, vowing to ruin her. As he carries Kashvi away, Mahima panics about Mahinder discovering the truth.

Kashvi regains consciousness confused about her bridal attire and headache. She recalls going with Mahima to stop a child marriage. Pradyuman reveals the cruel deception, explaining he applied sindoor as a last resort. He expresses murderous rage towards Mahima, restrained only by her family ties. Kashvi, hurt but forgiving, insists on confronting her sister despite Pradyuman’s objections.
When Mahima appears, Pradyuman calls her “the devil” before leaving. Kashvi accuses Mahima of endangering her unborn child. Mahima begs for death, admitting jealousy over Kashvi’s relationship with Pradyuman drove her actions. A call from Mahinder interrupts them – Mahima threatens suicide if Kashvi reveals the truth. Though heartbroken, Kashvi severs their relationship. Mahima’s hidden smile contrasts with Kashvi’s distress as she departs.
Meanwhile, Karun returns home devastated after failing exams. Meera tries comforting him while Nitya secretly gloats, recalling bribing staff to swap his answer sheet. Nitya feigns concern, blaming Meera’s teaching. Karun regrets not studying with “Badi Mom” instead. Jagdish intervenes as Nitya provokes Karun against Meera. Arjun arrives to chaos – Nitya demands he control his wife and isolate Karun from her influence.
Pradyuman informs Mahinder about moving with Kashvi to his old house for privacy as newlyweds. Mahinder protests but relents. Mahima privately rejoices Pradyuman didn’t expose her to Mahinder.
Meera confides in Arjun about Karun’s suspicious failure despite proper preparation. While Arjun advises patience, Meera resolves to uncover the truth. Kashvi questions Pradyuman’s unilateral decision to move, but agrees when he explains concerns for her safety and their child’s wellbeing given Mahima’s instability.
At the office, Raunaq announces Kashvi’s marriage and continued work in Faridabad. As Kashvi prepares to distribute chocolates, she stumbles into Arjun’s arms – the romantic “Chahatein” song plays until Pradyuman’s arrival. Noticing their contact, Pradyuman pointedly coughs before handing Arjun two chocolate boxes, insisting they deliver the rest together.

The servant then warns Kashvi not to handle the old belongings, explaining they belong to the lady of the house and should remain undisturbed.
