The episode begins with Jagdish asking Meera if she’s alright after her fall. Meera tells him she’s okay, and Karun quickly brings her a glass of water. Meera drinks it slowly, still feeling a little shaken. Jagdish then asks how she ended up falling down the stairs. Meera explains that there was something slippery on the steps. Meanwhile, Nitya stands nearby, feeling nervous. In her thoughts, she realizes she might have made a big mistake—Meera is carrying Arjun’s child.

Just then, Arjun finds oil on the stairs and shows it to Jagdish. Nitya realizes that things could get out of control, so she steps in and pretends to be surprised. She asks what happened. Arjun explains that Meera slipped, but luckily, he caught her in time. Nitya tries to cover her tracks by saying she had asked the cook to fry puris, so he might have spilled some oil by accident. Meera says she’s feeling fine now and is ready to sit for the puja.
Meanwhile, Pradyuman tells Kashvi that he wants to come with her for her sonography appointment. He says that they’re friends and he feels responsible for her. Kashvi agrees and thanks him.
Suddenly, Meera starts feeling pain in her stomach. She quietly tells Arjun about it. Arjun becomes worried and says he will call the doctor. But Meera stops him, saying she doesn’t want anyone to know about her pregnancy. Arjun understands and tells her he’ll take her to the hospital himself. He tells Jagdish and Nitya that Meera is having some back pain because of the fall and asks if they can sit in the puja instead. Jagdish agrees and tells them to go. Nitya also tells them to take care.
At the hospital, Meera tells Arjun to wait outside because she wants to speak to the doctor privately about something. Arjun agrees and tells her to call him once she’s done. In another room, the doctor smiles and asks Kashvi if she’s excited to see her baby. Kashvi replies that she’s very happy and walks in for the scan.
While waiting outside, Arjun sees Pradyuman and becomes angry. He decides to do something to get back at him. Arjun uses the hospital’s landline to call Pradyuman, pretending to be from the bank. He says that Pradyuman hasn’t paid his EMI. Pradyuman is confused and replies that he has already paid everything. Arjun accuses him of fraud, and a nurse nearby tells Pradyuman to go outside if he wants to talk on the phone. Pradyuman walks out.
With him gone, Arjun sneaks into the sonography room. He watches Kashvi looking at her baby on the screen, smiling with joy. Seeing this, Arjun gets emotional. Kashvi notices him and wonders why he’s here when he already has a wife. Just then, Pradyuman comes back and angrily asks Arjun why he’s here. Before anyone can respond, a nurse arrives and tells Mr. Bajwa that his wife is calling for him. Pradyuman tells the nurse that Kashvi is his wife and reminds her that he filled her hairline with sindoor. Kashvi tells him to go back to his wife instead.
Later, Arjun meets Meera again. She shows him her own sonography report. The doctor tells them that Meera is fine—it was just a pulled muscle.
Back at home, Jagdish asks Meera if she’s alright now. Meera nods and says it was just muscle pain. Meanwhile, Nitya starts planning how to get the truth out. She brings some fruits, pretending they are from a neighbor, and offers papaya to Meera. But Arjun quickly stops her and tells her not to eat it. Nitya becomes irritated and asks why he always stops her from giving Meera anything. Arjun then reveals the truth: he stopped her because Meera is pregnant.
Nitya is shocked and apologizes to Meera for trying to give her papaya. She then congratulates her on the pregnancy. Jagdish is filled with joy and hugs Arjun, saying this is a very happy moment. He blesses Meera and smiles.
Meanwhile, Kashvi sits with her sonography photo and lovingly stares at it. She talks to her unborn child, saying she can’t wait to meet them and take care of them. Swati walks in, saying she came to change the bedsheet. Kashvi tells her it’s already clean and there’s no need. But Swati seems more interested in the sonography report and leaves soon after.
Later that night, when everyone is asleep, a man enters Kashvi’s room quietly. He grabs the sonography report and leaves without anyone noticing. The next morning, Kashvi wakes up excited to see her baby’s photo. But when she checks behind her pillow, it’s gone. She starts searching and panicking. Pradyuman enters and asks what she’s looking for. Kashvi tells him about the missing sonography picture and says she had kept it safely behind her pillow.
Pradyuman also checks around and says that no one would take it. But Kashvi suddenly remembers Swati’s visit and becomes suspicious. She tells Pradyuman that she thinks Swati might have taken the photo.

Kashvi gazes at Karun from a distance. Arjun inquires if she wishes to attend Karun’s annual day event. Pradyuman questions Kashvi about undergoing a deformity test, to which she replies it’s unnecessary as neither she nor Arjun have any health issues. Meanwhile, Pradyuman discovers Meera’s medical report indicating her spouse has Thalassemia, wondering why Meera chose this. Arjun stumbles upon Neelam Thapar’s death certificate and is stunned by the revelation.
