The episode begins with Nitya arriving home. Karun offers her a sandwich and happily shares that “New Mom” made it very well. Nitya declines and sternly tells Meera not to call her “Mom.” Karun wonders why she is upset. Arjun explains that she’s angry because he didn’t do the task she gave him. Meera asks what happened, and Arjun reveals that Nitya discovered the truth and got hurt. This also upsets Meera.
At the office, Raunaq Sir wonders why Arjun left his phone behind and hopes nothing is wrong. He asks Devansh to hand the phone to him. Kashvi volunteers to deliver it instead. She goes to Arjun’s house and catches Nitya adding something to the Kheer. Kashvi calls out to her and says she came to return Arjun’s phone. She asks if Arjun and Karun are home. Nitya replies that Arjun is home, but if Karun were around, she wouldn’t have let her in. Arjun and Meera come out just then, and Kashvi hands the phone to Arjun.

Nitya proudly tells them that Karun won first prize in his project and offers them some Kheer. She invites Kashvi to join them. Kashvi sits with Arjun and Meera but keeps thinking about what she saw Nitya doing earlier. Meera takes a bite of the Kheer and suddenly feels sharp pain in her stomach. Kashvi insists they rush her to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor tells Arjun to wait outside as she examines Meera. She then instructs the nurse to prepare an injection. Outside, Kashvi asks Arjun how Meera is doing. Arjun says the doctor is still checking her. Meanwhile, Nitya prays that Meera loses the baby and smiles to herself.
The doctor eventually comes out and tells them that they nearly lost the baby, but it has been saved. She warns Arjun not to let Meera eat anything harmful again. Arjun is confused and says they always take good care of her. The doctor explains that Meera ate something that could have caused a miscarriage. Kashvi offers to go get the prescribed medicine and tells Arjun to stay with Meera.
Nitya, frustrated, mutters to herself that she had mixed poison in the Kheer and can’t believe the baby survived. She swears to do whatever it takes to harm Meera’s child. Kashvi overhears this and confronts her silently in her thoughts, vowing to protect Meera and her baby.
Inside the room, Meera asks Arjun if their baby is safe. Arjun replies that she unknowingly ate something dangerous. Nitya tells Meera to be more careful about her health. Arjun asks what she last ate, and Meera recalls the Kheer Nitya gave her. Arjun questions Nitya if she mistakenly added something harmful to the dish. Nitya is offended and asks if he’s accusing her of trying to kill someone. Arjun reminds her that she’s been to jail for murder and accuses her of being hostile toward Meera ever since learning that she’s carrying Mohan’s child. Nitya denies trying to harm anyone and claims that she’s not heartless enough to hurt an unborn baby. She then points out that Kashvi also ate the Kheer and didn’t feel any pain. Kashvi hears this and gets angry.
Arjun reassures Meera that Kashvi will return soon with the medicine. Nitya, meanwhile, decides she won’t stop until she ensures Meera’s baby is gone. Kashvi quietly vows to protect Meera and the baby from any danger. The nurse asks her if she brought the medicine, and Kashvi replies that she’s going to get it now.
Elsewhere, Swati tells Pradyuman that she safely stored the baby shower gifts. Pradyuman comments that while Mahima and Arjun tried to expose them, at least they planned the baby shower. He says Kashvi is about to bring great joy into their lives. Neelam worries and asks where Kashvi is, adding that she might expose all three of them. Swati agrees, saying Kashvi is brave. Pradyuman calls Kashvi, but she doesn’t answer and he warns that if she acts against them, she knows the consequences.
Back at the hospital, Meera tells Arjun she needs to use the washroom and leaves. Kashvi returns and gives Arjun the medicine, reminding him to give it to Meera on time. Arjun thanks her for arriving when she did and helping them get to the hospital quickly. Kashvi wishes she could tell him what she knows. As she turns to go, she feels her baby kick. Arjun notices and asks if she’s okay, offering to call the doctor. Kashvi smiles and places his hand on her stomach. Just then, Meera returns and gets jealous seeing their closeness. She calls out to Arjun and reminds him about the medicine.
Kashvi answers a call from Pradyuman and lies, saying she was in a meeting. He asks why she didn’t answer earlier. Kashvi thinks to herself that she shouldn’t reveal anything to him, as he might harm Karun.
The next day, Arjun advises Meera to rest, but Meera insists she can do some light chores. Nitya also tells her to rest and says she’ll drop Karun off at school. Arjun agrees and heads out with Jagdish and Karun. Nitya tells Meera that she’s called a plumber because the tap in her bathroom isn’t working. But in reality, she plans to call a contract killer to eliminate Meera.

Dadi questions who might be influencing Nitya to turn Karun against them. Romila says she knows who it is. Arjun and Kashvi grow closer at the office. Pradyuman yells at Kashvi and tells her they’re moving to Delhi. Meanwhile, Nitya sends a hitman to attack Meera. The episode ends with the killer trying to harm Meera using a tool.
