The episode begins with Arjun calling Nitya. He tells her to stay calm and not panic over what he’s about to say. He informs her that his dad had an accident. Nitya quickly asks what happened to Jagdish ji. Arjun replies that the doctors are operating on him and asks her not to inform Meera or Karun. He says he’s heading to Delhi to get a special medicine for his father. Nitya thinks she can’t just sit at home and do nothing, so she decides to leave. She rushes outside and reaches the main road. Just then, both Romila and Nitya stop the same taxi. Nitya tells Romila that she’s in a hurry and needs to go. But Romila insists that she flagged the taxi first and will take it. They start arguing, and soon a crowd forms around them. Romila steps on Nitya’s foot and tries to get into the taxi, but Nitya grabs her and pushes her onto the road. Then she mocks Romila and calls her a “naagin” (snake). Romila gets up and slaps Nitya. This makes Nitya furious.

Meanwhile, Arjun and Kashvi are on their way back to the hospital. A nurse calls and informs them that a blood clot is forming and asks them to hurry. Arjun tells the driver to speed up. Suddenly, the ambulance stops. The driver tells them they should take another vehicle because he thinks the ambulance won’t start again. Arjun starts to panic. Kashvi says they should try to get a taxi. Both of them get out of the ambulance.
Back on the road, Nitya sees a police officer and pretends to be scared. She accuses Romila of harassing her and says she feels Romila wants to kill her. Nitya turns to the people around and asks them to confirm that Romila slapped her. Romila admits that she also made a mistake. Nitya tells the police she wants to file an assault case. The police arrest Romila and take her away. Nitya smiles, feeling pleased with herself.
Arjun, still worried, wonders what they will do now since they’re not getting a lift. Kashvi stops a car and tells the driver that she’s pregnant and needs to reach the hospital. A woman inside the car agrees to help and asks them to get in. They sit in the car and head to the hospital.
At the police station, Dadi asks the inspector why Romila was arrested. The inspector says Romila slapped someone. Nitya walks in and says she filed the complaint herself. She even tells the inspector to arrest two or three more family members. Dadi insists Romila wouldn’t do such a thing. Later, Micky, Kashvi, and Arjun reach the hospital. The nurse tells them they brought the medicine just in time. Then, Micky calls Kashvi and explains everything that happened—how Nitya filed the case against Romila. Kashvi decides not to tell Arjun because he’s already under stress. She lies and says she has some urgent office work in Faridabad and leaves. Arjun finds this strange and wonders why she lied, since he knew she talked to Micky.
Dadi begs Nitya to cancel the case, but Nitya refuses. She says she actually wanted Romila to stay in jail for at least a week. But if Dadi really wants her released, then she has to clean Nitya’s expensive sandal. Keval and Micky tell her not to do it and suggest hiring a lawyer instead. But Dadi says Nitya is powerful, and they don’t have another choice. Nitya hands her wet wipes, and Dadi kneels to clean the sandal. Just then, Kashvi arrives and stops her. Nitya thinks Kashvi has come to ruin her fun. Kashvi asks Nitya if she feels happy troubling her grandmother. Nitya then tells Kashvi to clean the sandal if she wants Romila to be released. Kashvi takes the wet wipes and is about to do it, but Nitya demands she use her pallu instead. Kashvi is just about to wipe it with her pallu when Arjun arrives and stops her.

Nitya informs Arjun she completed his task and requests his presence. Arjun demands she apologize to Romila, Kashvi, and Dadi. Later, reviewing road CCTV footage, he witnesses Jagdish being intentionally hit by a truck. Jagdish confirms it was deliberate. Meanwhile, Meera reveals her 3-month pregnancy to a teacher, overheard by Karun. His friend remarks, “You’ll be overlooked now.”
