Episode begins with Mahima announcing a fun game where the men have to dress up baby dolls. Everyone gets involved, but Meera looks around and wonders where Arjun has gone. Just then, Arjun shows up. Meanwhile, Neelam is handing out buckets of water to everyone. Arjun catches a clear look at her face and is stunned to realize that Neelam is alive. He immediately understands that Pradyumna has been deceiving him all along. As Neelam notices Arjun watching her, she quickly slips away. Arjun panics and wonders where she vanished. He suspects that Pradyumna will surely try to meet her again.

The next day, Pradyumna thinks to himself that he needs to go visit Neelam. Just then, Kaashvi arrives and calls out to him. He stumbles but Kaashvi catches him in time. Swati sees this from a distance and becomes furious. Pradyumna walks away. Outside, Arjun is waiting for him and decides to follow him to find out where Neelam is hiding.
Pradyumna reaches a commercial complex. Arjun sees him and assumes he’s there for a meeting. He waits outside. Just then, Ronak calls Arjun, and Arjun steps away to take the call, still determined to track Neelam down.
Later, it’s revealed that Pradyumna was actually meeting Swati. He greets her by calling her “mother-in-law” and asks why she wanted to see him. Swati confronts him, saying she’s been watching how he behaves with Kaashvi. She reminds him that she’s only supporting him because of Neelam, and helping Kaashvi for the baby’s sake. Pradyumna scolds her, saying she’s misunderstanding his intentions. He insists he cares only about the baby, not Kaashvi. But then admits he’s doing everything out of love for Kaashvi and begs her to stop doubting him. They both go inside—and are shocked to find Neelam unconscious. Swati reveals that Neelam has cut her wrist. Pradyumna says they must take her to the hospital immediately.
Meanwhile, Dadi and Romila take Kaashvi to a jewelry store to shop for her. Nitya arrives with Meera, intending to gift her a piece of jewelry. Coincidentally, Nitya and Romila both like the same necklace. An argument begins over who saw it first. Kaashvi steps in and tells Romila they can choose something else. But Romila insists she picked it first. Kaashvi then says she doesn’t even like that necklace. Meera supports her, saying she too didn’t find it attractive and will pick something else.
Meera and Kaashvi help each other choose necklaces, showing genuine support. Romila observes their friendly behavior and questions Kaashvi about it. Kaashvi explains that Meera has been giving motherly love to Karun. She says she can’t be angry at Meera because she looks after Karun with such care. She adds that everything that happened is just fate, and she doesn’t blame Meera for anything.
Back at the clinic, Pradyumna tells an unconscious Neelam that he won’t let anything happen to her. He angrily blames Swati for telling Neelam about him and Kaashvi, thinking it pushed Neelam to take such a drastic step. He arrives at the clinic and informs the doctor about Neelam’s condition. The doctor immediately asks the nurse to bring Neelam inside and tells Pradyumna to arrange blood urgently.
Just outside the hospital, Kaashvi spots Swati. Curious, she walks up to her and asks what she’s doing there. Swati is stunned to see Kaashvi and doesn’t know how to react.
Episode ends.
UPCOMING
Nitya lashes out at Karun, blaming him for Meera’s unborn child. Meera feels heartbroken when she sees Arjun and Kaashvi together.
