The episode starts with Dadi telling Meera that something is definitely wrong because she knows Kashvi would never do such a thing. Meera agrees and says she also wants the misunderstanding to be cleared and for Karun and Kashvi to reunite. Dadi asks why she’s so concerned about it, and Meera says that she came between Arjun and Kashvi without meaning to. She says she wants to make up for that by reuniting the mother and son. Dadi says Nitya couldn’t have done all this alone—someone must have helped her. That’s when Romila steps in and says she knows who it could be. She tells them that Mahima was likely involved because she overheard her talking with Nitya in the market and planning something. Dadi agrees, saying Mahima has always been jealous of Kashvi since they were kids and even has a similar body shape, so Karun wouldn’t recognize her from behind. They all decide they need to catch Mahima red-handed. Meera suggests they can do it by inviting her to a kitty party.

Meanwhile, Arjun thanks Kashvi for saving Meera’s life and says he was very worried about her, especially because of the baby. He tells her not to take such risks again and to call him if anything happens. Kashvi is about to promise him, but she stops herself, remembering that she must stay away from him for Karun’s safety. She tells him she’ll take care of herself, then tries to walk away but slips. Arjun catches her in time, and they share a sweet moment. Just then, Pradyuman shows up and yells her name.
Back at Dadi’s house, Meera and Romila talk about Mahima’s love for playing cards. Romila calls Mahima and invites her to the kitty party, saying Dadi has changed and allowed it. Mahima is excited and says she’ll come, especially because she wants to show off her diamond necklace. After the call, Romila asks Meera what their next step should be.
Elsewhere, Arjun explains to Pradyuman that Kashvi almost fell, and he was just helping her. He tells Kashvi again to reach out to him whenever needed. But Pradyuman is angry. He tells Kashvi they’re leaving Faridabad for Delhi the same day. Kashvi refuses, saying she has her job and family here. Pradyuman says he doesn’t care—she must resign, give birth in Delhi, and then they’ll go to London where their family will believe the baby is his. Kashvi refuses again, but Pradyuman blackmails her, saying he’ll go to the police and expose the truth about Karun. Kashvi is forced to agree, but she’s heartbroken and wonders how to protect both her children.
Later, Mahima arrives at Romila’s house and notices no one else is there. Romila says the party was just a reason to call her, and they want to ask her some serious questions. Mahima gets annoyed and wants to leave, but Dadi stops her. They confront her about working with Nitya to make Karun hate Kashvi. Mahima denies everything at first, but then Romila plays a voice recording of Nitya calling Mahima the mastermind. Finally, Mahima confesses—it was Nitya’s idea to separate Arjun and Kashvi, and she only followed Nitya’s plan. She says Nitya told her to wear a face mask to look like Kashvi so Karun would hear them talking and misunderstand.
Kashvi and Meera walk in, and Mahima is shocked. Kashvi says she already knows the truth and had found out from Meera. She says they used a fake voice confession from Nitya using a voice-changing app just to make Mahima admit the truth. Kashvi tells Mahima that she’s going to show this confession to Arjun and Mahinder Sir.
Mahima pleads with them not to trap her and says Nitya was also involved. Kashvi says this is her last chance to repent. At first, Mahima refuses to help, saying if she supports Kashvi now, she’ll get into trouble too. Dadi slaps Mahima and reminds her that she didn’t think of the consequences when she hurt Kashvi. Kashvi accuses Mahima of stealing her son and destroying her life and marriage. Mahima finally agrees to help, realizing she has no way out.

Meera tells Arjun that she wants her baby shower (godh bharai) to be celebrated. Arjun says it usually happens in the seventh month, but Nitya insists they can do it to make her happy. Meanwhile, Nitya buys incense sticks with the intention of harming Meera. Jagdish confronts her and asks how she can harm their grandchild. Nitya reveals the baby isn’t Arjun’s, but Mohan’s. Elsewhere, Pradyuman tells Meera that Karun is Mohan’s murderer. Meera is shocked.
