The episode begins with Kashvi confronting Pradyuman about her missing sonography photo. She tells him that Swati took it and hasn’t accepted her as his wife. Pradyuman is confused and asks why Swati would do such a thing. Kashvi insists he ask her directly. Pradyuman agrees and suggests they check Swati’s room if necessary. When they ask Swati, she denies taking the picture and tells them to check her room themselves. Kashvi searches but finds nothing. She becomes more puzzled, wondering who would steal her baby’s scan.
Meanwhile, in the kitchen, Meera is busy when Nitya walks in and stops her from working. Nitya is being extra cautious, thinking Meera is pregnant with Arjun’s child. She asks Meera if she has told Karun about the baby, but Meera says no and begs her to keep it a secret. Nitya asks why, and just then, Arjun walks in. He explains they don’t know how Karun will react, so they plan to tell him after the Janmashtami celebration. Nitya agrees. Meera then tells Arjun that her blood report has arrived. Arjun offers to drop her at the hospital on his way to work.

Elsewhere, Kashvi and Pradyuman are heading to the hospital as well. Kashvi thanks him for the idea of getting a copy of her report. At the hospital, she goes to the reception to request the copy, and the nurse asks her to fill out a form. Pradyuman steps aside to take a phone call. At the same time, Meera arrives to collect her own report. She tells Arjun she’ll be quick and approaches the reception. The nurse places Meera’s report on the desk. Just then, Pradyuman finishes his call, picks up Kashvi’s report—and notices Meera’s report too. Curious, he looks at it and is shocked to see that her partner is marked as having thalassemia.
Kashvi joins him, and they leave together. Pradyuman then asks Kashvi if she had the deformity test done. She says no, explaining that neither she nor Arjun has any health issues, and she didn’t take the test even when she was pregnant with Karun. Pradyuman begins to suspect something odd about Meera’s pregnancy.
Later, at the office, Kashvi and Arjun are working when Raunaq, their boss, complains about a bad smell. He orders the peon to spray some air freshener. The scent makes Kashvi feel sick, and she rushes out. Arjun follows her and helps her clean up. The romantic “Chahatein” song plays in the background. Just then, Pradyuman arrives with a lunchbox for Kashvi. While there, he runs into an old friend, Amit, who is surprised to see Pradyuman with a new wife. Amit had believed Pradyuman would never remarry after losing Neelam. Arjun overhears and asks about Neelam. Amit reveals that Pradyuman and Neelam were deeply in love and that she was treated at City Hospital before she died.
Arjun informs Kashvi about Pradyuman’s first wife. She calmly says she already knew and adds that people deal with grief in their own way. She then sarcastically reminds him that he married Meera even though she (Kashvi) is still alive. This makes Arjun uncomfortable.
Determined to dig deeper, Arjun goes to City Hospital. With a peon’s help, he sneaks into the records room and finds Neelam’s death certificate. It states she died of malaria, but what shocks Arjun is that Pradyuman had her discharged against the doctor’s advice. Now suspicious, Arjun plans to meet Dr. Kothari to find out more.
Meanwhile, Meera visits Karun’s school. He excitedly shows her his Janmashtami outfit. She beams with happiness. Arjun also arrives at the school. Kashvi is there too, but when Arjun questions her about why she came, she lies and says she’s meeting a friend. Arjun doesn’t believe her and confronts her about the lie.
UPCOMING
Arjun arrives at Pradyuman’s mansion searching for evidence. While investigating, he spots Pradyuman heading towards a hidden basement chamber. As Arjun emerges from his hiding spot, he accidentally bumps into Kashvi.
