Episode begins with Meera confronting Arjun, asking what exactly Pradyumna has discovered. Arjun reveals that Pradyumna found out she is pregnant with Mohan’s child. Shocked, Meera questions how he could’ve known such a secret. Arjun admits he has no idea how Pradyumna learned the truth but assures Meera that he will make sure this information never gets out. In his mind, he knows that only Vikram is aware of the full truth.

Meanwhile, Pradyumna and Neelam are seen watching CCTV footage of the basement. Pradyumna tells Neelam that he knew Arjun wouldn’t remain quiet, but he didn’t expect him to send Mahima. Neelam calls Arjun a fool, and Pradyumna agrees, laughing as he says that Arjun has no clue Neelam is actually alive.
Later, Arjun confronts Vikram and asks him whether he told anyone about Karun. Vikram flashes back to when he drunkenly revealed the secret to Pradyumna. Feeling guilty, he confesses this to Arjun, who immediately understands everything.
After some time, Arjun calls Mahima and asks her to organize a baby shower ceremony for Kaashvi. He says this event will give him an opportunity to enter the house. Mahima agrees to help him.
The following day, Mahima happily announces that she has planned Kaashvi’s baby shower and taken care of all the arrangements. Kaashvi is surprised and tells Mahima she should have discussed it with her first. Mahima replies that it’s a gift from her side.
During the celebration, Kaashvi is overjoyed to see Dadi. Romila praises Mahima, saying she can’t believe Mahima did all this for Kaashvi. Mahima tells her to just enjoy the party. Arjun arrives with Meera, and Pradyumna gets furious seeing him there. He questions who invited Arjun. Mahima responds that she invited Kaashvi’s colleagues and tells Pradyumna not to create a scene. She then takes the mic and calls for Kaashvi’s husband to come up and adorn her with floral jewellery.
Just as Pradyumna starts walking to the stage, Arjun stops him and goes up instead. Arjun puts the flower jewelry on Kaashvi and tells her she belongs to him while the title song plays in the background. Romila yells for someone to stop him. Meera confronts Arjun, asking what he thinks he’s doing. Arjun replies that since he is the father of Kaashvi’s child, he isn’t doing anything wrong. Suddenly, Kaashvi slaps Arjun — but it turns out to be just Arjun’s dream.
Elsewhere, Pradyumna sees Neelam at the ceremony and scolds her for showing up. Neelam says she only came to be part of the event and will stay hidden under her veil so no one will recognize her. Pradyumna warns her to be extremely careful.
Mahima later announces a balloon game. She looks around for Pradyumna and asks Kaashvi about him. Kaashvi says she doesn’t know where he is. Arjun offers to be her partner for the game, explaining that it isn’t a couple’s game. Kaashvi tells him to go play with Meera instead. He tells her Meera is having dinner. In the end, Arjun and Kaashvi team up, play the game, and win.
After the game, Arjun sneaks into the basement and is stunned to see that Neelam’s body is missing. He concludes that Pradyumna must not have taken her out of the house, so she must still be somewhere inside. Meanwhile, Neelam secretly gives a doll to Kaashvi.
