Radha Mohan 18th August 2025 Written Update Zeeworld
Yug closes the door, noticing Mohan’s restless movements. Mohan asks what’s wrong, and in a sudden daydream, Yug imagines slitting Mohan’s throat, which makes Mohan fall back onto the bed. Mohan, startled, asks again what happened, and Yug snaps out of his thoughts, explaining that he had just been thinking. He reflects on how he once thought Mohan was a good neighbor when he sold the house, but Mohan’s actions—chasing after Radhika at the party, office, and even the police station—have changed his opinion. Yug finds it disgusting that Mohan is now flirting with Radhika at home while unable to find his own son. Mohan tries to justify himself, saying he came to console her after she lost Manan, but Yug insists Mohan is only creating more problems without resolving anything. Mohan apologizes if he hurt Yug’s feelings and promises to stay away from Radhika to focus on finding Manan. Yug tells him it’s unnecessary—he should stay away from the family entirely, even though he cares for Manan as a father. Mohan argues that he is helping as a friend, but Yug bluntly replies that Mohan is just a neighbor and his actions are far worse than what a good neighbor would do. Mohan concedes but assures Yug that he can call him if needed. Yug, thinking quietly, realizes that problems aren’t always solved with weapons—sometimes words are enough.

Meanwhile, the guard struggles to find a tiffin and mutters that his wife will beat him if he fails. While searching, he falls off a chair, worried that time is running out. Determined, he continues toward the back, unaware that Manan is nearby, hearing the sounds and suspecting someone is there. Manan tries to peek through the window but it’s too low. He pulls a chair to see and shouts to the watchman, but the window is closed and the guard keeps walking, oblivious to his calls.
Back inside, Yug prepares dinner, lamenting that he couldn’t make it for Radhika earlier because of Mohan. Punam asks if Manan is alright, but Yug, focused on slicing lady fingers, snaps at her not to disturb his thoughts. Frustrated at the shortage of ingredients for the guests, he pulls Punam closer, counting the slices and noting she has eight fingers excluding the thumbs. Punam, annoyed, slaps him, and Yug jokingly says she deserves an award for it. He declares he will remain mad for Radhika and warns her not to meddle with neighbors, threatening in jest to cut fingers if she reveals anything about Manan. Punam pleads for him to bring Manan back, but Yug muses that the world doesn’t obey pleas—it often requires action, sometimes force. He reassures her that he wouldn’t really harm her, explaining that he is simply fiercely protective of his love. He resumes cutting the lady fingers, making Punam leave in exasperation.
Meanwhile, Radhika reflects on the situation, understanding both Yug’s and Mohan’s emotions. She acknowledges Mohan’s sense of responsibility as Manan’s father while recognizing that she is at fault, unable to reveal to Mohan that Manan is his son or to Yug that Mohan is part of her past. Overwhelmed, she apologizes to Yug for causing him pain despite his love and care for both her and Manan.
Manan, still trapped, thinks of breaking the window. Spotting a wooden eraser, he throws it at the glass, but it doesn’t break. He tries again, recalling Mohan’s lessons on throwing, determined to outdo him. Finally, he manages to shatter the glass. The guard, startled by the noise, finds the tiffin under a tree. Manan calls out to the watchman for help, but the plane overhead drowns his voice, leaving him unsure what to do next.
Meanwhile, Yug continues preparing the lady fingers, thinking that Mohan will never pursue Radhika seriously, remembering the words he once said. He concludes that he will have to wait until Manan is safe, and then Radhika will be his. Radhika, caught in her own worry, fears she may never truly be able to be with him, while Yug smiles confidently, lost in his determination.
Yug stands in the kitchen, carefully preparing the lady fingers, his mind consumed by a dark thought. He believes that only after Manan is gone will he finally have Radhika to himself. His focus is sharp, yet his heart twists with longing. Meanwhile, Radhika sits quietly, the painful truth sinking in—she can never truly be Yug’s. She knows he loves her with an intensity that she cannot return, and that thought fills her with guilt. Tears stream down her face as she whispers apologies for the mistakes she has made, worried that Ba Kai Bihari jee might punish her for them. She prays earnestly, begging the deity not to punish her son for her errors and pleading that Manan be returned safely and swiftly.
In a quiet corner of the house, Manan leans against a door, shivering at the fear that always comes with being alone. He thinks about how much he relies on his mother’s love whenever he is scared. “Champi, are you still here?” he whispers, glancing around nervously. The silence worries him, and he fears his little companion has left. Peeking through the glass panel, he finally sees Champi standing faithfully beside the door, and relief washes over him. But his attention is soon caught by a lizard on the ceiling. Startled, he calls for his mother. Radhika, hearing his voice, bolts from her room, calling his name in excitement, but finds him nowhere. Yug quietly steps in, gently reminding her that it was likely just her imagination and reassuring her that the police are searching everywhere for Manan. He guides her back inside, trying to ease her panic while keeping her safe.
Manan, still trembling, carefully crawls around the lizard to climb on top of a table. He commands Champi to bark, hoping to keep the creature in check. As the lizard finally falls to the floor, he lets out a startled cry but begins to regain a sense of control. Inside, Yug turns to Radhika, urging her to eat something, presenting her favorite lady fingers. But she cannot bring herself to take a bite, her thoughts consumed by worry for her son. Yug’s eyes glisten with his own tears, yet he reminds her that they cannot allow themselves to stop caring for their own needs, even in this chaos. Punam intervenes, pleading with him to let Radhika’s anxiety dominate her less, warning that she might collapse under the strain. Yug chastises her gently, insisting that she trust Manan, who loves his mother fiercely and will do everything in his power to protect her. Yug’s words carry both reassurance and a quiet warning, emphasizing that even a small child can have courage and devotion beyond his years.
Meanwhile, Mohan is overwhelmed by helplessness. Speaking with Meera and Ketki, he admits that despite using all his contacts and resources, he cannot come up with a plan to find Manan. He refuses to eat, insisting that he cannot let his worry for the boy take a backseat to anything else. Looking toward the Mandir, he silently prays to Ba Kai Bihari jee to protect Manan and give him the strength to endure and survive this ordeal.
Back in the house, Manan’s courage grows as he observes the lizard, carefully crawling and climbing to a safer spot on the table. Remembering his mother’s earlier words, he begins to treat the lizard as a friend, realizing that animals, if unthreatened, do not harm humans. Naming it Happy, he smiles at Champi, watching the lizard climb the wall, reassured that he can live in peace with it.
Elsewhere, Ketki notices Gungun deep in thought. Gungun reflects on all the times Radha and Mohan have solved problems together—rescuing her from the borewell, saving her from the bus bomb, and even protecting her from Damini. She sighs, acknowledging how capable they are at finding solutions when faced with danger. Ketki gently asks if she is thinking about bringing them together again, but Gungun insists their lives have finally stabilized after so much turmoil. Still, she worries deeply about Manan and wishes that, for his sake, Radha and Mohan might reconcile, coming together once again to protect the boy and restore balance to their lives.
