At the hospital, the doctor checks on Yug and asks him to open his eyes. Yug stubbornly replies that he cannot. The doctor advises him to take deep breaths and informs him that he will have to stay admitted for a few more days since he is suffering from a stomach infection. Yug looks confused, but the nurse explains that it happened because of the saline he drank. The doctor asks the nurse to bring a machine to clean his stomach and leaves. Yug questions the nurse about its purpose, and when she tells him, he arrogantly says he doesn’t need any machine, he can do it himself. Rushing into the bathroom, Yug forces himself to vomit. Afterward, he smiles with twisted satisfaction.
Back at the house, Mohan helps Manan lie down on the bed. Manan looks amazed seeing Ba Kai Bihari jee’s idol and immediately offers a prayer. Radha, still firm, tells Mohan—whom she calls “Mr. Trivedi”—that he has already done enough for them and should now go back. But Mohan, with emotion in his voice, asks if Ba Kai Bihari jee can sleep here tonight. He recalls how the idol had grown used to being in this very room, where on one side of the bed He rested, and on the other side, His most devoted follower once slept. Mohan says he knows Ba Kai Bihari jee missed him, even if someone else didn’t.
Radha tries again to send him away, but when Mohan doesn’t listen, she is forced to call him by name—“Mohan jee.” His face lights up and he says, “Now my Radha has spoken.” But Radha insists that she has already told him neither she nor her son has any relationship with him, so he should stop behaving this way. Mohan steps closer, his voice firm yet tender, and says both Radha and Manan belong to him. He asks if Radha from Barsana truly understands this. But Radha resists, reminding him that she is now married and has a son. She tells him he has no right over her.
Mohan refuses to back down. He says his right comes from his love—for Radha, and for their son. Moving closer, he assures her he won’t do anything to her, but insists that one day Radha herself will run into his arms, declaring before the world that she is his wife and Manan is their son. Radha denies it, saying it will never happen and that the truth is Manan belongs to her and Yug. Mohan calmly replies that she herself will reveal the truth to everyone. When Radha insists she never will, Mohan pulls her closer, telling her she has only seen his love, not his madness—his obsession. He vows she will now witness both. She left his hand once, but he swears that one day she will return to him on her own. Mohan swears on Ba Kai Bihari jee that if this doesn’t happen, he will accept their love was never true.
At the doorway, Punam overhears everything and is left shocked as she realizes Mohan is Radha’s husband. Mohan, unaware of her presence, wishes Radha good night and leaves. Punam watches him walk away, stunned.
At the hospital, Yug emerges from the bathroom looking strangely pleased. He brags to the nurse that he enjoyed vomiting and now his stomach only has air left. Horrified, the nurse scolds him that what he has done is dangerous for his health. But Yug grabs her roughly, forcing her back onto the bed. He laughs that yes, he is mad—but only for his Radhika. He asks if he can leave now. The nurse refuses, reminding him that many tests are still pending. Yug corners her again, demanding to know what they are for and what she plans to do. Scared, the nurse finally gives in and says she will sign his discharge papers.
Yug slyly asks what about the bill. When she says she’ll handle it, he picks up a vase to hand to her, then suddenly softens his tone, saying he likes sweet people. He asks her favorite color and explains he only ever gives red roses to his Radhika. Picking up a white flower, he tucks it behind the nurse’s ear, telling her to prepare his discharge papers quickly. He then takes a red rose in his hand, saying it is only for his Radhika, before teasing the nurse about what she must have thought. He struts out with a smile, leaving the nurse shaken and whispering in fear that he is truly mad. Yug calls for Garv, who looks anxious that Yug managed to get discharged so soon.
Back home, Radha stands lost in thought, replaying Mohan’s words. She remembers how he promised to handle everything at the school, how he brought them safely home, and how he had held her wrist while warning her that she had not yet seen the depth of his madness. Radha recalls how close Mohan came to her today, and wonders why, despite longing for him, she couldn’t embrace him. Tears stream down her face as she asks herself where he had been all these years and why it took him so long to find her.
Through her sobs, Radha whispers that she still belongs only to him. She admits she never let anyone touch her, and her heart still worships him alone. She wishes she had run into his arms and told him how much she missed him. Covering her mouth to stop her cries, she suddenly looks up and is startled to see Punam standing before her. Punam asks directly if Mohan is truly her husband and if she was with him in the room just now. She warns Radha that what she is doing is dangerous. Yug is obsessed with her, and if he ever discovers the truth, everything will be destroyed.
Radha, wiping her tears, tries to reassure her. She admits Mohan was once her husband but insists that he belongs to her past. Her present and her future are with Yug, who came into her life when she had no one else. Yug supported her when she was broken and alone, and she will never forget that. Radha promises that she will never leave Yug and that he will never learn about her past.
Punam, still worried, urges her to keep that promise. Otherwise, not only her marriage but also her son’s life will be ruined. Radha vows she will never betray Yug. Punam leaves, but her thoughts remain heavy. She fears that if Yug ever finds out the truth, his rage will burn everything around him to ashes.
Ajeet speaks up, saying that if Mohan bhai himself has declared that Manan is his son, then it must be the truth. He reminds Ketki that a father’s love never fades and that blood relations can never be denied. Kadambari, startled, suddenly rises to her feet, but realizing what she has just done, quickly sits down again. In her thoughts, she admits she knows Radha and Mohan never had that relationship.
But Ketki refuses to agree. She angrily argues that it makes no difference, because Radha doesn’t care about Mohan bhai at all. She says Radha has already built a new life with another family, while Mohan bhai remains alone. He never once thought of starting a new life with anyone else. Meanwhile, Meera clearly loves him deeply, yet Radha… Ketki trails off, her tone bitter.
At that moment, Mohan’s voice cuts through the tension. He sternly tells Ketki to go ahead and say whatever she wants. Shocked, Ketki turns to see Mohan standing behind her. Mohan walks closer and challenges her, asking why she fell silent. He urges her to pour out all the frustration she holds against Radha, because he wants to know exactly what she thinks of her. Mohan declares he has only one answer for everything: Manan is his son, and Radha could never do anything wrong against him.
Ketki, upset, tells him that it’s his life that is being destroyed. Radha is happy in her world while he suffers alone. But Mohan argues that Radha, too, is restless and worried for him, and asks why they cannot see her pain. Ketki retorts that they would see it if Radha were truly sad—but Radha seems very happy, and in fact, Ketki wishes Radha would be sad, because why should only their house suffer?
Mohan asks her not to be so harsh. But Ketki insists she has watched him lonely and broken for too long. If Radha returns, his suffering will only increase because he will never stop hoping. She says it is better the truth comes out before everyone. Ajeet tries to stop her, but Ketki is adamant. She warns Mohan that she will teach Radha a lesson, and even Yug—who is madly obsessed with Radha—must know what his wife has hidden from him. Saying this, Ketki storms off. Mohan follows her in alarm, while Kadambari grows tense, worrying that Ketki’s reckless actions might destroy Radha’s life.
Outside, Mohan pleads with Ketki not to do anything rash. But Ketki insists she cannot watch him suffer like this anymore. She says tonight is the night Radha and Yug must be taught a lesson, and there is no harm in fighting for it. Kadambari, watching anxiously, thinks about how everything has become unsettled ever since Radha returned to their lives. She fears what will happen if the truth about Mohan and Radha is exposed in front of everyone.
Ketki, furious, barges into the Kholi Mansion, shouting for Radha to come out. Mohan rushes in after her, trying to stop her. Just then, Yug arrives from behind and asks who this “Radha” is and why Ketki is calling for her. Panicked, Mohan quickly hugs Ketki to restrain her. He whispers that if she says a word about Radha, she will see him dead. He urges her to take deep breaths.
Yug suspiciously questions Mr. Trivedi about what is happening. Thinking fast, Mohan explains that Ketki suffers from sleepwalking, and Radha used to be her closest friend. Radha had left them all, and Ketki, in her grief, sometimes cries out her name in anger. Mohan adds that Radha once lived in the house opposite theirs, so Ketki gets confused and believes this house belongs to Radha too. Ajeet immediately supports Mohan’s lie, saying that often when he wakes at night, Ketki is wandering in search of her lost friend. Mohan says Ketki’s wound is in her heart, and it is impossible to forget Radha’s memory. They all still pray she would return one day.
Yug, though unconvinced, tells Mohan to take care of his family and keep them inside their own home instead of disturbing neighbors. He points out that Mohan’s whole family seems stressed, and their strange actions raise questions. Mohan agrees, saying they can only try to ensure no one gets hurt. He then asks where Radha is, but Pari quickly steps in, saying it is fine and such things happen often in big cities. Mohan hurriedly takes Ketki away before anything else can be revealed. Ajeet remarks that once Ketki wandered so long he thought she had gone to Mathura.
Later, Radhika notices Yug has returned home and asks how he managed to get discharged. Yug replies smugly that he wanted to leave, so he did, and came back with Garv. Concerned, Radhika asks if he is feeling alright. Yug hugs her tightly and says everyone should rest now since it is late. He lies down on the couch, complaining that his stomach is growling, and says maybe he should go outside the house to feel better.
Upstairs, Manan lies on the bed with Radhika, haunted by thoughts of the mysterious man in the black hoodie who had threatened him that neither his mother nor father would save him. He recalls seeing the same man following him in the corridor. Radhika comforts Manan, telling him not to be afraid because his mother is right here with him, and no “hoodie man” will dare come near. But Manan admits he sees the man every time he closes his eyes. To distract him, Radhika suggests they play a game. She challenges him to make a car drawing within ten minutes. Manan agrees eagerly. At that moment, Punam enters, saying Radhika has been with Manan the entire day and should go freshen up while she stays with him. She sits beside Manan and asks if he is really making a car, then encourages him to explain how he will design it.
Meanwhile, Yug is walking outside when he suddenly slips and falls because of marbles scattered on the ground. Gungun rushes to him, apologizing for playing outside. She bends down to check his foot, but he coldly tells her that women in his house don’t touch men’s feet. Gungun explains she was only trying to help, but Yug smirks and says if she really wants to help, she should hold his hand instead. Gungun hesitates, but before she can, Yug says he will manage himself. He warns her not to play outside at night, because if she meets someone dangerous, that person might take away not only her marbles but even her. Gungun, unsettled, thinks to herself that her suspicion was correct—if Yug can hurt Manan, he can do anything, and even Ramaa is not safe. Yug, on the other hand, thinks he must deal with Gungun before she finds out more. Gungun leaves after watching him go back inside.
At the Trivedi house, Kadambari sits at the table, nervously wondering what Ketki might have done. She distracts herself by eating mangoes but quickly gets back onto her wheelchair when she hears everyone returning.
Mohan confronts Ketki again, asking what exactly she was trying to do. Ketki cries that she couldn’t stop herself after seeing him suffer for so long. She says she has watched him yearn for Radha’s name every single day, and she can’t bear his pain anymore. She only wants to see him truly happy. Mohan scolds her for being foolish. He reminds her how many houses they had visited before finally buying this one, because even Ba Kai Bihari jee wanted Radha to live near them.
But Ketki insists that silence won’t solve anything. She believes they must ask Radha directly who the real father of the child is. Only then can they all move on, otherwise Radha will keep pretending forever. Mohan stops her, saying he trusts Radha completely and is certain she will speak the truth herself. Ketki argues that Radha has already moved on. Mohan counters, asking what “moving on” really means. When two people love each other, he says, they can never truly move forward. The whole world may keep changing, but they remain stuck at the same point, unable to let go. He declares he can prove Radha still loves him. Curious, Ketki asks how. Mohan replies by recalling how their love first began, and confidently says that just like before, Radha will come back to him on her own.
Back at the Kholi Mansion, Radhika returns after freshening up. Suddenly, she hears the sound of a flute. Startled, she tries to block her ears, but memories flood back of all the moments when Mohan used to play for her. She sits on the bed, covering her ears tighter, but the memories grow stronger—of how she once cherished his flute and his love. Punam quietly notices Radhika’s unease.
Unable to resist, Radhika runs out of the room, still clutching her ears, her heart in turmoil. She furiously heads toward Mohan’s house. There, she sees Mohan sitting calmly, playing his flute. Overcome with emotion, she watches him, her eyes brimming with tears, while Mohan continues to play, lost in the music.
