Radha Mohan Wednesday 27th August 2025 Written Update Zeeworld
Radhika sits lost in thought, worrying that Mohan’s heart already knows the truth about Manan being his son. She fears that very soon Mohan will discover it, and if Yug ever learns the truth, everything in her life will collapse. She consoles herself by saying that now she has the blessings and strength of Ba Kai Bihari jee to guide her. Meanwhile, Yug is brooding alone. He feels insulted that he cannot even speak against another man in front of his own wife because she defends Mohan more fiercely than she defends him. His anger burns as he imagines throwing Mohan and Manan into a blender and drinking the mixture—something only stopped by the fact that he gave up eating meat. Furious and restless, Yug storms out of the room.

Elsewhere, Gungun voices her suspicions about Yug. Ketki is shocked when Gungun accuses him, reminding her that Yug is Manan’s father, while Ajeet also says it is wrong to throw around such blame. But Gungun firmly insists she has reasons. She explains how she saw Yug limping at the school, carrying a knife, and then at the hospital, he desperately begged the inspector for more time. Adding to this, Manan revealed that Champi had bitten the attacker on the leg—so if Yug was limping, they should check for a wound. Ajeet begins to agree with her reasoning, but Ketki angrily interrupts, saying they should not care whether Radhika lives or dies. Ajeet is shocked at her words, while Gungun stands firm, declaring that Manan is her brother whether step or not. She reminds them that if Ramaa had once thought of her as a stepdaughter, where would she be today? She vows to protect Manan with all her strength, warning that anyone who tries to hurt him will have to face his elder sister. Ajeet sides with her, telling Ketki to stop her bitterness. For him, Manan is their nephew whether she accepts it or not.
At the same time, Mohan takes out the Bhagwat Geeta. Holding it close, he recalls how Radha entered his life through divine grace, and how their bond grew stronger with God’s blessing. He prays for the same miracle again—to reunite them. Gungun too wipes her tears and makes a vow. She tells herself that she will help bring back her Ramaa and Manan to this house. She knows the truth about Yug must come out. Once Ramaa learns it, she will not stay with him even for a single moment. Gungun believes her mother loves her children above everything else, and once she learns Manan is in danger, she will leave Yug forever. Making a heartfelt promise to herself, Gungun walks away with determination to expose him.
Late at night, Gungun sneaks into the house. She quietly opens the door and shuts the window, but the sound startles Radhika, who gets suspicious and steps out of bed to check. Gungun quickly hides behind a plant as Radhika walks through the corridor, but Radhika sees nothing and returns to sit beside the sleeping Manan. She gently sings a lullaby, trying to soothe him. Gungun lingers at the door, listening to the melody, and memories flood back of how her Ramaa once sang the same way to comfort her at night. Overcome with emotion, she presses her hand against the glass, whispering her wish for a complete family with her papa, her Ramaa, herself, and now Manan, whom she had always prayed for as a younger sibling. She promises herself she will make that dream a reality, but first, she must expose Yug.
Determined, Gungun sneaks into Yug’s room through the window. He is fast asleep. She switches on her phone light and tries to pull back his quilt to check his leg for Champi’s bite mark. But Yug turns, making her quickly duck down. She holds her breath, relieved he doesn’t wake up, then tries again to check his feet. She finds no scar and wonders if she should try the other leg. Her heart races as Yug turns once more, forcing her to hide again. Gungun is convinced he must be the attacker since she saw him limping, yet the absence of the bite mark confuses her.
As she shifts back, her bracelet gets stuck in the quilt. In her panic to free it, the bracelet breaks and falls to the floor with a clink. Yug stirs awake. Gungun freezes in terror, but luckily he lies down again—only to suddenly sit up and pick up the broken bracelet piece. Suspicion flashes in his eyes. He mutters to himself that someone was in the room and grins darkly, saying the game is about to get interesting.
He gets up and slowly steps out. Gungun hides behind a pillar, trembling, while Yug prowls around with a baseball bat in hand. He moves closer and closer, making Gungun sweat with fear. Just then, Mohan wakes up in his room, his heart tightening with unease. He feels Gungun is in some danger and prays for her safety, deciding he must go and check on her. Meanwhile, Yug pauses by the plants. Seeing them shift slightly, he crouches down with a smirk, calling them “loyal” for hiding someone. Gungun bites her lip, terrified as he continues his search.
Elsewhere in the house, Kadambari secretly enjoys a bowl of ice cream in bed. She mutters to herself that eating ice cream gives happiness that dal and porridge never can, and grumbles about her family eating treats without her. Suddenly she notices Mohan standing at her door. Startled, she shoves the bowl under the bed and pretends to fall. Mohan quickly calls for Ketki and Ajeet, who rush to help. He anxiously asks Kadambari if she is alright.
At the same time, Yug prowls further into the living room and finally spots Gungun hiding behind the couch. A sly smile spreads across his face as he realizes she has fallen into his trap. Yug is about to search the corner when he notices Gungun’s reflection in the mirror. A sly smile spreads across his face. He slams the bat on the floor and says with mock amusement that a little spy has sneaked into his house at night. He talks about how thieves deserve to be chased out, and if one is killed in the process, it is called self-defense. His words turn darker as he adds that spies often get killed for their foolish mistakes, just like she is about to. He creeps closer to the couch, lifting the bat high, ready to strike. Gungun sits frozen in fear, hoping he does not catch her. Just as the bat is about to come down, Radhika suddenly grabs it, her face blazing with anger. Yug is left stunned, caught off guard by her fierce interruption.
Meanwhile, Mohan, with Ketki and Ajeet’s help, places Kadambari back into her wheelchair. Ketki asks how she could fall when she was perfectly fine half an hour ago. Mohan says he is just relieved he woke up in time, and when Ajeet questions why, he admits he felt restless and worried for Gungun. He insists on looking for her. They begin searching, but when they fail to find her anywhere in the house, Ketki wonders aloud if Gungun even left the home. Mohan tells them to call her friends while he tries reaching her himself. When Gungun sees her father’s call, she panics, afraid he has realized she sneaked out.
Back in Yug’s house, tension fills the room. Yug declares that he will hit the thief, but Radhika snaps at him, asking if he has lost his mind. He is shocked when the “thief” turns out to be Gungun. Feigning surprise, he apologizes and explains that he thought she was the man who attacked Manan. Gungun, watching his dramatic act, thinks he deserves an Oscar for such convincing lies. Yug continues his performance, telling Radhika that he has been restless ever since the attack, which is why he keeps checking the house at odd hours. Radhika hugs him to calm him down, but Yug doesn’t take his eyes off Gungun, who stares back in silence. He then apologizes directly to her, while Radhika gently asks why she came there so late at night. Yug, however, grows stern and says that sneaking into their home like a thief cannot be ignored. He questions her firmly, asking what exactly she was trying to do.
Both Yug and Radhika press her for an answer, but Gungun only breaks into tears. Radhika begs him to stop, but Yug continues, demanding the truth. Just then, Manan runs out and hugs Gungun, calling her “didi.” Yug clenches his jaw in frustration but forces himself to stay calm. Radhika, meanwhile, recalls the day Gungun had begged her for a younger sibling. Yug masks his irritation with a smile as Gungun explains that she came only because she was worried for Manan. Yug mocks her reasoning, saying if she wanted to meet him, she could have simply rung the doorbell—why sneak in like a thief? Gungun admits she got scared after hearing his voice and so she hid. He scoffs, joking that he must sound like a horror film villain to her. When she apologizes and tries to leave, Yug stops her, saying she cannot go until they give her permission. Radhika tells him to let it go since she is only a child, but Yug insists Mohan must know about her behavior. He taunts that while her father enjoys himself during the day, his daughter is sneaking into other people’s houses at night. Gungun fires back, demanding that he not insult her father. Yug warns her to lower her voice, accusing her of making mistakes and then arguing about them. At that moment, Punam arrives, shocked to see Gungun there.
On the other side, Mohan grows restless. He asks Ketki and Ajeet if they have found anything, but they shake their heads. Just then, Yug calls. Mohan is puzzled as to why he would ring him at such a late hour. When Yug smugly asks what his daughter is doing at their house in the middle of the night, Mohan wastes no time, saying he is coming right away. With Ketki and Ajeet, he rushes to Yug’s house.
When Mohan arrives, his heart sinks at the sight of Gungun crying. He immediately rushes to her side and asks if she is all right. Yug, playing the righteous host, says nothing happened to her, but he and Radhika were the ones who had to endure the shock of finding his daughter sneaking into their home. Mohan gently asks Gungun why she did it, but Yug interrupts, insisting she explain herself. He then turns his attack on Mohan, calling him a careless father who cannot even handle one child, and wonders aloud what would happen if he had more. He sneers that Mohan’s daughter is creeping into others’ houses in the dead of night.
Gungun finally speaks up, saying she only came because she was worried for Manan. Yug dismisses her reasoning, saying she could have met him anytime—why sneak in like a thief? Radhika again defends Gungun, but Yug scolds Mohan, saying a father must control his daughter. He delivers a cruel blow, saying it is not Mohan’s fault but that motherless children often become spoiled. His words cut through the room like glass.
Mohan, however, stays composed and agrees with him, even signaling Gungun to play along. She understands his silent message and nods. Mohan says indeed, children without mothers often lose their sense of discipline and respect, and they become difficult to handle. He continues the act, claiming that Gungun has changed ever since she lost her mother. Picking up his cue, Gungun apologizes to Yug with fake tears, saying she misbehaves only because she has no mother to guide her. Her father can buy her things, she says, but it is a mother who teaches right from wrong, who instills respect. Since her mother left, she has been lost—arguing with teachers, unable to make friends, unable to know what to do or when. Her life feels incomplete without her mother’s love.
Everyone in the room grows emotional. Ajeet, especially, is moved by her words and feels her pain deeply. Yug softens slightly but still warns Mohan to keep a close eye on her as she grows older, otherwise the problems will multiply. Just as the weight of his words hangs in the air, Radhika suddenly snaps. Her voice rings sharp and clear as she declares that Gungun does have a mother.
The entire room freezes. Everyone turns to stare at her in shock, while Mohan’s lips curve into a faint, knowing smile.
