The episode begins with Adrija accusing Meghla of something inappropriate. Chandan questions Adrija about why she went there in the first place. Adrija replies that she saw Ranbir and Meghla talking for a long time and decided to go see for herself. She lashes out at Meghla. Ranbir tries to explain that he had some personal work, but Zoravar demands to know more. Ranbir refuses to give details. Meanwhile, Zoravar keeps pressuring Meher to come with him, but she stands her ground and tells Balveer not to persuade her either. Adrija then argues that if Meghla were truly innocent, she wouldn’t have kept it a secret. She says that had she not gone there, no one would’ve found out. Chandan, noticing her frustration, questions why she’s so hurt. Adrija admits the wedding already feels complicated. He asks if she’s feeling insecure.

Meghla speaks up, saying she already told Ranbir she would attend the sangeet but wants to make it clear now that she won’t be visiting them after marriage. As the tension rises, Ranbir intervenes and tells Zoravar and Meher to stop fighting. He admits this is exactly why he had never wanted to get married in the first place. Zoravar deflects the blame onto Meher, saying she should be the one explaining things. Meher hints that Zoravar has his own hidden agenda, and he insists she clarify it to Ranbir.
Adrija then tells Chandan that Ranbir made a remark about Meghla that would hurt her—he apparently said Meghla isn’t what she appears to be. Meghla argues back, furious. Zoravar adds fuel to the fire by bringing up Abhin, saying he also stays at Meghla’s mother’s house. Meher calls him disgusting and refuses to give in to his manipulation. Ranbir urges them to just go and extend the invitation.
Chandan turns to Meghla and says that even after hearing all this, she’s handling herself with dignity. He refuses to believe Ranbir could speak so poorly of her. He tells her to go ahead and prepare for the trip with their full support, and assures her that Adrija’s wedding is his responsibility. When Adrija questions him, Chandan scolds her, pointing out her faults. He says Ranbir isn’t blind and can see what’s happening. He warns her to stop her schemes now, before their parents are dragged into the mess.

Ranbir and Adrija are in the middle of their engagement. As he’s about to place the ring, it slips from his hand—and his eyes fall on Meghla.
