Ranbir directly asks Meghla for her consent to talk privately, but she refuses firmly. Tension escalates as Ranbir grows frustrated, attempting to persuade her and even physically tries to lead her away. Mahua pleads with him to reconsider, but Ranbir remains firm, stating that he will only marry Meghla if she agrees, and under no circumstances will he marry a liar like Adrija.
