Ranbir compliments the dinner, saying it was delicious. Meghla tells him that Adrija was the one who prepared it. He smiles and tells her that she speaks well. Curious, she asks what he means, and he hints that she’s keeping secrets. She’s taken aback and says they barely know each other, so how could she have any secrets from him? Ranbir agrees and then casually asks her for Guru Ji’s address. Suspicious, she wants to know why he needs it. He says there’s no particular reason—he just wants to send a wedding invitation. Meghla nods and gives him the address. As they talk, Adrija watches them from a distance and calls out to Ranbir. He thanks Meghla and says he should leave now.

Just then, Mahua and Chandan walk in. Mahua and Adrija try to convince Ranbir to stay longer, but he says his mother must be waiting for him and insists on leaving. Mahua says she’ll personally bring the wedding invitation to his house. Ranbir agrees with a polite smile and turns to Meghla, encouraging her to keep up her music practice. Chandan observes all this with a knowing look. As Ranbir heads out, Adrija follows him to the door, offering to see him off, but he politely declines and walks away.
Once he’s gone, Adrija immediately turns to Meghla and questions her about what Ranbir wanted. Meghla shrugs and says it was nothing, but Adrija keeps pressing. Meghla finally admits that Ranbir asked for Guru Ji’s address so he could send the wedding invitation. Mahua seems surprised, wondering aloud if he really wants to invite Guru Ji. Chandan tries to brush it off. Meghla adds that Ranbir also complimented the food. Eagerly, Adrija asks if he mentioned the specific dish she made, but Meghla tells her no, he didn’t.
Chandan suddenly snaps at Adrija, accusing her of lying to Ranbir and misleading him. Mahua steps in to defend her daughter, saying that Adrija cooked the food. Adrija backs her up, telling them to ask Meghla for confirmation. But Chandan is furious and refuses to believe them. He tells Adrija not to drag others into her lies. Adrija, now in tears, turns to Meghla for support. Chandan then accuses Adrija of making Meghla do the cooking just so she could take the credit and impress Ranbir.
Mahua is hurt by the accusation and asks how he could say such a thing. Adrija breaks down and sits crying. Meghla stands up for her and insists that Adrija did make the food. But Chandan is unmoved. He tells Meghla not to lie to him—he can see through it. Then, with disappointment in his voice, he tells Mahua that they should be ashamed for not raising Adrija right. He urges her to start guiding Adrija properly, warning that if they don’t, worse things could happen.
Meanwhile, Ranbir gets ready to go out. His family gathers around him, talking excitedly about the upcoming sangeet function and Meghla’s participation. But Ranbir says he has to visit Guru Ji first. Meher and Arjun exchange uneasy glances, clearly worried. Meher quickly asks why he wants to go there, and Arjun bluntly tells him not to. Ranbir doesn’t understand the problem. He insists there’s no harm in visiting Guru Ji. Harman steps in, explaining that Guru Ji had once spoken to him after Meghla was discharged from the hospital, and he wants to clarify a few things. Meher becomes more anxious and tells Ranbir that he can’t go there, but he remains firm.
UPCOMING
Ranbir confronts Guru Ji, his tone sharp. Guru Ji is taken aback and asks if Ranbir is accusing him of something. Ranbir demands to know who fixed Meghla’s marriage alliance with the man she’s supposedly engaged to. Guru Ji clearly says he had no part in it. Realization dawns on Ranbir—if Guru Ji isn’t behind it, then it means Adrija has lied to him.
