The episode begins with everyone gathered happily for Ranbir’s haldi ceremony. The atmosphere is light and cheerful. Simran and Harman get into a playful argument, and Ranbir complains that they got him ready so early in the morning. Param teases him, saying he’s acting as though he has something very important to do. The brothers keep pulling Ranbir’s leg until Arjun joins in, making the moment even livelier.

Meanwhile, Mahua goes to Meghla’s room. Meghla opens the door and tells her that Adrija is still asleep. Instead of leaving it at that, Mahua starts taunting Meghla, accusing her of taking away what was meant for her sister. When Mahua hands her one of Adrija’s sarees, Meghla refuses to accept it, saying she doesn’t want to wear it. This only angers Mahua further, who scolds her harshly for “snatching” Ranbir from Adrija. Meghla, hurt, quietly listens.
Back at the haldi function, Harman, Param, and Arjun continue joking with Ranbir, making him laugh despite his nervousness. Mahua again tries to wake Adrija, talking to her softly through the door. She tells her daughter that life always works out for the best and calls her brave, promising she has a beautiful future ahead. But as Mahua talks, Adrija remains motionless in bed, foam slipping from her mouth—her state unseen by her mother. Mahua assumes she is simply sleeping and leaves, still speaking words of comfort.
Elsewhere, Meher grows restless, saying everyone is wasting time with chatter. Ranbir agrees, but Simran chides them not to trouble him any further. Kamal brings up Shabnam’s arrival, and Ranbir asks Arjun to go and bring her. Nimrit is sent to fetch Dadi, who arrives with joy shining on her face. She blesses Ranbir warmly, hugging him, saying this is the happiest she’s been in a long time.
Back in her room, Meghla sits in tears. Chandan comes to console her. She tells him she always resisted this marriage because of Adrija, and now her fears are becoming real. Chandan, however, urges her not to sacrifice her happiness, reminding her that once she leaves this house tomorrow, she will be welcomed with so much love that today’s sorrow will fade. He insists that Adrija too will eventually heal and move on.
Just then, Mahua returns. She asks Meghla to get ready, but her bitterness shows as she confesses she cannot accept this situation as easily as Chandan expects her to. She says she has responsibilities toward Adrija that weigh heavily on her heart, and she cannot just “forget.” When Chandan asks her to let Adrija rest in peace for now, Mahua snaps, telling him to stop trying to control her feelings.
At that moment, Guru ji arrives. Chandan warmly greets him and insists they welcome him properly. Mahua, still unsettled, brushes it off, saying she has work to finish, and walks away.

Meghla arrives for her haldi ceremony. Mahua, still uneasy, goes to Adrija’s room and tries to wake her. But when she sees her daughter unresponsive, she breaks into panic, screaming and hugging her. The family rushes in as Chandan demands to know what has happened to Adrija.
