Sacred Love On Starlife Friday 20th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Chandan quietly thinking to himself—he knows what Ranbir wants, but he believes it’s not possible. Ranbir, on the other hand, speaks up with confidence. He says he’s sure Chandan understands what he’s trying to say: he wants to marry Meghla. Chandan looks concerned and tells him that things aren’t that simple. He reminds Ranbir of the tension between Meghla and Adrija—if he gets Ranbir and Meghla married, Adrija and Mahua will never accept it. He also reveals that Meghla herself hasn’t agreed to the marriage. Ranbir gently insists that Meghla might be too scared of Adrija to express her feelings. He’s sure she does have feelings for him. Chandan replies that Meghla has to speak for herself someday—marriage is a lifelong decision. Ranbir says he understands that Chandan is being protective, but Meghla often hides what she truly wants. Chandan grows uneasy and wonders if Ranbir already knows something about Meghla’s past. He feels torn about whether to share Meghla’s truth.

Ranbir apologizes for pressing the matter and says since Chandan is Meghla’s father, he’ll respect whatever decision he makes. He asks Chandan to let him know after thinking it through. Chandan nods, saying he will reconsider the proposal and then hesitates—he wants to share a secret about Meghla. But Ranbir refuses to hear it. He says he doesn’t want to know anything that might change how he feels. He just wants Chandan to decide what’s best. Touched by Ranbir’s respect, Chandan promises to discuss the matter with Mahua. As they part, Ranbir mentions he already paid the bill. Chandan tries to object, but Ranbir insists—it’s his treat, and sometimes even elders need to listen to the younger ones. Chandan smiles and agrees.
Back home, Mahua questions Chandan anxiously about the meeting. Chandan vaguely says the conversation went as expected, and Mahua starts bickering again. Meghla enters with a cup of tea for Chandan, surprising him. He warmly praises her, but Adrija quickly taunts Meghla, claiming she’s just trying to find out if Ranbir’s family succeeded in convincing Chandan. Chandan scolds Adrija for her tone, but Meghla steps in and changes the topic, asking if they’ll be visiting Guru ji. Mahua lashes out at Meghla, and Adrija angrily calls her a liar. Chandan tells Meghla to leave the room.
Elsewhere, Ranbir’s family eagerly awaits news. Ranbir informs them that Chandan hasn’t agreed yet, but said he would discuss it with his family at home. Everyone becomes cautiously hopeful.
Back at home, Chandan loses his patience and tells Adrija to go to her room. He clarifies that Ranbir didn’t say anything negative about her, but was clearly hurt by how she misunderstood him. Adrija storms off, fuming. Mahua then asks Chandan what he really thinks. Chandan reveals that the matter is serious. Mahua assumes it’s about Meghla and mocks her. But Chandan defends Meghla, saying she’s not at fault. He reveals that Ranbir wants to marry Meghla. Mahua is shocked and reminds him they already turned down the proposal. But Chandan calmly says he doesn’t see anything wrong with the match—it might actually be a good alliance.
Adrija overhears this from a distance and is shattered. She can’t believe what she just heard. Tears stream down her face as she tells herself—this can’t happen. She refuses to lose Ranbir.
UPCOMING
Dadu furiously tells Ranbir that Meghla left him and will never be accepted into their house again. Adrija confronts him, asking if he just wants her to stay quiet. But Dadu drops a bombshell—he tells Adrija that she must marry a Punjabi girl. Ranbir is left stunned.
