Simran happily makes shopping plans while Diljot looks on, feeling distant from the joy around her. She confesses her desire to feel that same happiness, but wonders how she ever will. Meher gently tries to comfort her. Just then, Arjun interrupts, saying he needs to talk to Meher privately, away from the children. Harman encourages him to speak freely, but Arjun insists on a private word. Meher steps aside with him, and he tells her how helpless he’s been feeling about the injustice done to Diljot. He says he wants to help her, to make things right, but hasn’t been able to. Meher tells him to let it go, but Arjun drops a bomb—he’s seen the man responsible. Meher, stunned, asks where and when. Arjun reveals that the man is none other than Meghla’s music teacher. Meher is shaken, realizing that the man might soon be in their house for a function. Arjun says that’s exactly what he wants—an opportunity to confront him and finally bring closure. He firmly believes Diljot deserves a happy, normal life, free from the trauma of her past.

Later, Ranbir approaches Arjun, asking about the matter. Arjun says he’ll share everything at the right time. Meanwhile, Chandan vents his frustrations about Adrija. He says he wouldn’t mind if her wedding got called off—it’s shameful for him to be her father when Meghla has suffered so much because of her. Guruji comforts him, expressing his belief that Meghla will eventually rise above it all and achieve great things. Just then, Chandan calls Ranbir. Everyone around Ranbir teases him about his upcoming wedding with Adrija, but Ranbir answers the phone. Chandan’s voice is full of bitterness and anger as he scolds him, saying that Meghla is being taken to the hospital. Ranbir is stunned. Chandan assures him the wedding will happen as scheduled, but harshly tells him that he’s the reason Meghla is in this condition—she’s fighting for her life now. He hangs up. Overwhelmed with emotion, Chandan tells Guruji how Meghla had begged everyone to believe she didn’t make those phone calls, but no one listened. Now he realizes she was telling the truth all along.
Chandan, Guruji, and Mahua rush Meghla to the hospital. Meanwhile, Ranbir hurries to leave and tells his family he needs to go. Diljot offers to come along, but he promises to take her out later instead. Harman assumes something happened to Adrija, but Ranbir explains that Meghla is being hospitalized and he doesn’t know the details yet.
As Chandan waits at the hospital, Guruji tries to calm him down. Ranbir races through the city, panicked about Meghla’s condition. When he arrives at the hospital, Adrija and Mahua are already there. Adrija pretends to be concerned. Ranbir demands to know what happened—Chandan had blamed him for Meghla’s condition. He asks if Meghla tried to end her life. Adrija denies it but admits the doctor said her health is serious and anything could happen. Ranbir presses her again, and she vaguely explains that Meghla had a fight with her boyfriend, who was delaying their marriage. Meghla wasn’t eating and became severely weak. That’s why they brought her to the hospital. Ranbir wants to know why Chandan pointed fingers at him. Adrija shrugs it off, saying her father might have assumed Ranbir’s questioning worsened Meghla’s emotional state. Ranbir asks if the boyfriend showed up, and she says no—her parents don’t know everything, and the guy hasn’t come.
Mahua hurries to Chandan to ask about Meghla. She says Adrija came with her, but Chandan coldly says that doesn’t matter—she can’t pretend to be Meghla’s mother now. Ignoring her, he and Guruji go to check on Meghla. Meanwhile, Adrija continues her act, pretending to care while subtly shifting blame. Ranbir, still confused and concerned, thanks her and says he’ll speak to the doctor directly. She smiles, relieved she dodged suspicion for now.
