Meher becomes emotional as she remembers her late friend, whose child had been raised in a home. A deep longing stirs within her—she wishes to meet that child just once. Meanwhile, Ranbir plans to visit Adrija’s house, but before he can leave, his curious cousins question his sudden outing. Though he tries to dodge their questions, they assume he’s going to meet Adrija, his supposed fiancée. At the same time, Meher expresses her eagerness to meet the woman who might soon become part of their family. The Bajwa family is filled with hope, wishing that whoever marries Ranbir will embrace them with warmth and love.
In his room, Ranbir gets ready, his mind wandering not to Adrija but to Meghla. He is drawn to the thought of her and is only going to Adrija’s place to hear Meghla sing. Although Adrija invited him to watch her own performance, Ranbir’s heart beats only for Meghla’s voice. Once at Adrija’s house, he’s encouraged to dance with her, and soon finds himself immersed in the lively Durga Puja celebrations with the Bengali crowd. During all this, Ranbir’s attention remains fixed on Meghla. When her name is called first to perform, Adrija becomes anxious and visibly unsettled. She tries to stop her performance from going on-air, but with the event already in motion, the program cannot be changed last-minute.
At that moment, Guruji arrives while Meghla is worshipping Durga Maa. Upon hearing that she’s about to perform, he insists on joining her on stage, which deeply moves Meghla. As she begins her song, the crowd goes silent—her voice captivates everyone. Ranbir is spellbound, lost in visions of their future together. Overwhelmed by his emotions, he spontaneously joins her on stage and starts singing with her. Their powerful musical chemistry fills the air, stunning the audience.
