The episode begins with Chandan asking Meghla if something’s wrong and whether Adrija didn’t like the flowers. Meghla replies that Adrija didn’t mind the bouquet, but she gave it to Meghla to hold while she enjoyed with her friends. Chandan tells Meghla to stop always supporting Adrija and neglecting herself. He says if something’s wrong, it will eventually come to light even if she tries to hide it. He tells her to place the flowers on the table.
Bua, upset and emotional, says the man who claimed to love her will be her husband, though she can’t remember his name. She says her father knows who he is, and so does everyone else, but no one will tell her. She cries and says her dad is capable of doing anything, even killing someone. Ranbir tries to calm her down. She pleads with him to take her to her husband because she misses him a lot. Ranbir assures her that he will take her one day but tells her to enjoy being out today. She accuses him of being just like the rest of the Bajwa family and refuses to go with him. She runs away.

Meanwhile, Simran and Harman express their love. Harman says he feels a bit insecure. Simran reassures him, saying she only loves him and wants a happy life with him. She asks him not to hurt himself. He says he was waiting for her so they could eat together. She apologizes and says she had already eaten because she was hungry. Harman is glad she ate on time. She tells him to join her for dinner and says she had his favorite dish made. She also compliments him, saying he looked different and sweet while playing the mandolin. They hug and say “I love you” to each other.
Chandan and Mahua talk about their daughters, Meghla and Adrija. Meghla compliments Adrija. Later, Ranbir hugs Bua, while others nearby stare and make remarks. Ranbir tells Bua she can hit him if she wants but to please sit in the car. He promises again that he’ll find her husband. Bua says if he takes her home, she will lock herself in her room. Ranbir gently asks her to smile, and she does. He hugs her, and they leave.
Meghla welcomes Guru ji and mentions that he’s late. Guru ji jokes that Meghla is scolding him. Chandan says he likes it. Guru ji asks about Adrija, and she soon arrives to greet him. He gives her a gift and blesses her to always stay happy. Chandan says she should learn good values from Guru ji’s blessings. Adrija walks away. Chandan then requests Guru ji to sing for the guests. Guru ji says Meghla is the one who should sing. Meghla refuses, saying the guests want to hear him instead. Guru ji insists, saying he’ll sing only if she joins in. Chandan and Mahua agree.
Mahua tells Guru ji they’re going on a trip, and Meghla might miss some of her classes. Guru ji says it’s fine, such trips refresh the mind. He reminds Mahua to encourage Meghla to keep practicing music, saying he has often told her to sing with emotion, as it helps release inner pain. He adds that Meghla is improving and that he wants to take her for public performances, but she isn’t showing interest. Mahua says she’s worried because Meghla isn’t focusing on studies and needs to become self-reliant. Guru ji reassures her that Meghla will do well and there’s no need to worry.
Meghla brings a glass of juice, but Guru ji refuses. She offers to get him coffee instead. Chandan assures him that everything has been arranged. Guru ji repeats that he wants to sing with Meghla. When she brings the coffee, he urges her to sing. Meghla feels nervous about singing in front of so many people. Guru ji tells her to imagine she’s alone while singing. He says music is meant to touch others, and that she shouldn’t hesitate. He promises he’ll be right there with her.
