The episode begins with Adrija talking to Mehar over the phone. Mehar tells her they can meet on Sunday. Meanwhile, Harman, Simran, and Param eagerly question Mehar about her conversation with the Sen family. Mehar responds that they had already heard most of it, but the three continue pressing her with complaints. She finally tells the family she had spoken to Adrija. Over at the Sen house, Mahua becomes emotional upon hearing the update from Adrija, while Meghla is quietly happy, remembering her own prayer to see this moment come true.
At a jewelry store, Ranbir is seen speaking with a staff member while picking out a ring. He looks excited and happy. Back at the Bajwa house, Simran informs Mehar that Zorawar won’t be available on Sunday, raising concerns about how the pre-wedding rituals will proceed. But Mehar is determined—they’ll go ahead with the roka ceremony whether Zorawar is present or not. She decides it’s time to tell the rest of the family about her plan. At the store, Ranbir asks the staff to engrave the letter “M” on the ring he’s chosen. The staff agrees, saying the Bajwa family has been their loyal customer. Ranbir insists on paying in advance, but the worker refuses, assuring him it’s not necessary.
Meanwhile, Chandan joyfully informs his family that wedding preparations for Adrija need to begin. He mentions they should also speak with the Bajwas about Adrija continuing her studies. But Mahua says there’s no need—she’s confident Ranbir’s family will support Adrija’s education.
Meghla, still happy, tells Adrija that her wish has come true and hugs her. However, Adrija lashes out, accusing Meghla of taking credit for everything, even Ranbir’s proposal. She storms off, leaving Meghla heartbroken and Mahua and Chandan shocked.
At the Bajwa house, Mehar tells Harman, Simran, and Param that the Sen family has invited them to attend their Durga Puja celebrations and join them for lunch. Everyone is excited. Harman worries about adjusting to Bengali food, but Mehar reassures him, saying nowadays there’s no divide between Punjabi and Bengali cuisines. She reminisces about celebrating Durga Puja with her friend Iravati in the past. When Harman tries to call Ranbir to inform him of their Sunday plans, Simran quickly intervenes. Mehar notices Harman’s strange behavior and questions him, but he dodges with excuses. Later, she praises Chandan, and Simran suggests they all go shopping. Mehar agrees, even though Param resists. The family looks content and cheerful.
Elsewhere, Meghla is listening to an old song when she gets a call from Ranbir. She tries to hand the phone to Adrija, but Ranbir becomes upset, which leaves Meghla confused. She apologizes to him. Ranbir asks her whether she prefers gold, diamond, or platinum, but Meghla refuses to answer—she doesn’t want any expensive gifts. Still, Ranbir insists on gifting her something and asks her not to hand her phone to anyone when he calls. Meghla agrees. She then says she already received the gift she had wished for during their Darjeeling trip. Ranbir smiles warmly.

Adrija angrily demands her parents tell her the truth about Meghla’s identity. Mahua reveals that Meghla was adopted by them after they discovered Adrija’s mental illness. Adrija, consumed by jealousy, believes Meghla is trying to steal everything that’s rightfully hers and vows not to spare her.
