Mahua pleads with Adrija to promise that she won’t tell Meghla anything. But Adrija insists they should tell the truth to Ranbir and his family. Chandan intervenes, reminding her that if they reveal the truth now, what if the marriage falls apart? He says they only went along with this because of her pressure. He adds that Meghla has never made them feel like she’s not their real daughter, and always behaved with love and respect. But Adrija doesn’t agree—she can’t stand Meghla. With cold bitterness, she says she sees Meghla as an enemy.
Just then, Meghla walks in, and everyone tenses up. Adrija quickly masks her anger, but Meghla notices the awkwardness. She casually says she’s heading to Guru ji’s place. Chandan, hoping to smooth things over, says they’ll go with her to give Guru ji Adrija’s wedding invitation. Mahua tries to comfort Meghla, telling her not to feel bad. Meghla, holding her pain inside, says she didn’t choose this life—her birth parents gave her away. Adrija mutters under her breath in disgust, and Mahua scolds her.
Adrija remains firm, saying she won’t tell Meghla anything. She accuses Mahua of showing too much pity, and declares Meghla will never get anything from her—not even sympathy. Chandan tells her to calm down, saying it’s only a matter of days.
Once Meghla is married, she’ll be gone. Meghla, still hurt, wonders aloud why Adrija reacts so harshly. Mahua urges her again not to take it to heart.
Later, Chandan and Meghla arrive at Guru ji’s home. Chandan happily announces that his father is here. Guru ji steps out warmly to greet them. Chandan hands him the wedding invitation and invites him to Adrija’s aashirwad ceremony. Guru ji agrees to attend. Chandan tells him about Ranbir—how he’s a pilot, from a wealthy business family, and a respectful, well-mannered man. Guru ji smiles and blesses Adrija.
Chandan adds that while the groom’s family is wealthy, he himself is just a college professor. Guru ji laughs and says they’re in the same boat. He notices something is bothering Meghla and asks if she’s okay. Chandan admits that Adrija and Meghla sometimes argue. Guru ji chuckles and guesses that they must’ve fought today too. He assures him it’s nothing to worry about. He confesses he doesn’t enjoy big gatherings much—he only knows music—but he’ll come to give Adrija his blessings.
Chandan tells him that’s all he wants. Before they leave, Guru ji gives a special blessing to Meghla. He tells her she has a gift—one that even she doesn’t fully realize. He says she’s born for music and encourages her to believe in herself. She says she wants to sing in a way that touches people’s hearts. Guru ji assures her she’s capable of that and more. He says he has many students, but none as talented as her. Filled with new confidence, Meghla sings for him.
