The episode begins with Saras and Kumud admiring the bustling city of Mumbai. They spot a library, and Kumud lights up with joy. They move along to explore more of the city. Kumud admits that she had been nervous about coming here, but now that it’s been two days, the city already feels like home. She smiles at Saras and says, “We belong to each other.” Holding his hand tightly, she adds, “I could walk my whole life like this.” Saras gently replies, “As long as I have your hand in mine, everything will be alright.” They stand quietly at the seashore as “More piya…” plays softly in the background.

Later, they arrive at their flat after collecting the NOC. Saras reminisces, saying they even had their first date in Mumbai. Just then, Danny announces the internet is working, so he can finally send the pictures and their marriage certificate. Saras says he already received them. Danny is surprised and asks why Saras didn’t inform him, admitting he’d been trying all morning. Saras shrugs and says he was busy taking Kumud on a date—it was fun. Danny laughs, sends the photos, and tells him to show everyone. As he says goodbye, he tells them to remember him. Saras and Kumud head to Prashant’s door and knock. Prashant opens it, and Saras politely apologizes for coming late. Prashant brushes it off, saying he should be the one apologizing for meeting them late. Saras insists they don’t want to trouble him and shows him the NOC. Prashant hands them the keys with a warm smile. Kumud thanks him, and he gives them their bags. He tells them to let him know if they need anything, but there’s something strange in his expression as he watches them walk away—his gaze lingers on Kumud, and he shuts the door with a thoughtful look.
Back at the Desai house, everyone gathers around Danny’s phone, admiring the Mumbai pictures. Yash’s mother curiously asks how the photo was taken if Saras and Kumud are both in it. Danny explains it’s a selfie, and Yash demonstrates how it’s done. She’s delighted by the idea. Yash asks where Kabir is. Danny says he hasn’t seen him and that his phone isn’t reachable. He turns to Anushka and asks if she’s seen him. She replies no—and says that’s exactly why she’s in a good mood. Danny laughs and wonders where Kabir could be.
Anushka returns to her room, finally feeling relaxed. She begins changing when she notices that the window has mysteriously closed. The lights flicker, and tension creeps in. Suddenly, the door creaks open. Alarmed, she climbs onto the bed and nervously asks who’s there. Kabir walks in, wearing a grotesque mask. Anushka grabs a torch and shines it at him, begging him to stay back. She says, “What did I ever do to you? Go back to your haunted mansion!” She hides her face and peeks into the mirror, spotting his legs and instantly realizing it’s Kabir. She smirks to herself, thinking, “Let’s see how long this ghost act lasts.” Meanwhile, Saras and Kumud enter the bedroom of their new flat and are shocked to see how dusty and cobwebbed it is. Saras frowns—it looked fine yesterday. Kumud points out the spider webs, saying it’s considered unlucky to have them at home. Saras says they’ll clean it tomorrow since it’s Sunday, but she’s not convinced. He gently pushes her out of the room to avoid the mess.
Back in Anushka’s room, the act continues. Kabir, still pretending to be a ghost, threatens her dramatically. Anushka lights a candle and starts chanting a mantra. Kabir is puzzled by her bizarre behavior. She grins and says she can sense “Titla Titla,” a ghost from her childhood. She begins questioning Kabir’s ghost persona. “How long have you been a ghost?” she asks. “Five thousand years,” he responds. “Then you must know Akbar, the Mughal king?” she says. Kabir stumbles, unsure how to answer. Anushka presses on, “Where do you live? Are you scared of other ghosts?”
He replies, “Why would ghosts fear other ghosts?” She argues, “If humans can fear other humans, why not ghosts?” Then she pretends her grandmother’s spirit is there too and starts speaking to it. Kabir, completely confused, decides he’s had enough. “She’s crazy,” he mutters and walks out. Anushka bursts into laughter, victorious. “You managed to leave my room. Let’s see how you’ll make me leave this house.” Later that night, Saras blindfolds Kumud and leads her outside. He unveils a little surprise—he’s turned the balcony into their own “royal suite.” She’s confused. “Are we sleeping here?” she asks. “Yes,” he replies, beaming. She protests that people from nearby buildings might see them, but Saras insists everyone is busy with their own lives. She teases him, saying they should’ve stayed in a hotel instead. But finally, she gives in.
They lie down under the stars. She whispers, “Thank you. This is beautiful.” Looking up, she reflects, “This city never stops, but the sky—it’s the same for everyone. So peaceful.” Saras adds, “I think when we’re happy, the stars feel closer, like they want to grant our wishes. But when we’re sad, they drift away.” Kumud sighs, “Then they must be with me now. I wish I could catch one and keep it.” As “Mann ke dor…” plays, they hold hands, smiling. She slowly drifts to sleep, and Saras watches her, his eyes full of affection.
The next morning, Kabir calls Mehra and tells him that he and Danny are on their way. At the Desai house, everyone is having breakfast. Kabir urges Danny to hurry up. Guniyal scolds him gently, saying if he wanted breakfast, he should’ve come earlier. Danny brushes it off, saying he’ll eat on the way. She packs food for him and Kabir anyway. Danny jokes with Yash’s mum about taking more selfies when they return. She smiles and says she’ll even wear a new saree to celebrate.
As they leave, Anushka, still plotting revenge, thinks, “Mr. Ghost… now it’s my turn.
