Saras And Kumud Monday 9th June 2025 Written Episode Update
Kumud hides behind a window, watching Kabir closely as he steps outside. He receives a phone call and tells the person on the other end that he’s coming, but not to the current location since it’s a small village where someone might recognize him. He asks the caller to meet him at their usual spot. Suspicious, Kumud wonders who Kabir is meeting so secretly. She watches as he drives off, then quickly hails an auto and follows him. Meanwhile, at home, Badimaa sees Kumud leaving and mentions it to Guniyal. Guniyal is surprised and wonders why Kumud didn’t inform anyone. Badimaa tries to brush it off, saying maybe Kumud had some urgent work. Elsewhere, Ghuman asks Kusum about Kumud, but Kusum has no idea where she went. Kusum later asks Saras when Kumud will return, and he grows concerned. He knows Kumud would never miss the aarti unless something serious came up.

Kumud continues to follow Kabir and finally spots his car. She looks around and sees him talking to someone. As she tries to get a better look, she’s stunned to see Menka Kaki with him. Confused and alarmed, she wonders what Menka is doing there and what her connection to Kabir is—especially since she’s also seen Kabir with Ghuman. Menka asks Kabir if anyone suspects him. Kabir assures her that everything is going smoothly. He says Vidyachatur welcomed him into his house, Saras has accepted him into the business, and everyone trusts him. Menka then asks about Ghuman, and Kabir smiles, calling her beautiful and sharp-minded. Menka says it looks like the final stage of their plan is near. She reminds Kabir of what he needs to do next, and he confidently tells her not to worry—it will all happen just as they want.
As Kabir turns slightly, Kumud quickly ducks out of sight. Kabir senses someone nearby and starts to look around. Thinking fast, Kumud throws a stone to distract him. He walks in that direction for a moment but doesn’t find anyone. Menka, now uneasy, asks who it might be, but Kabir tells her not to worry and returns to the conversation. Back home, Saras continues to worry about Kumud’s absence and wonders if she might be in trouble. He tells himself that she could at least call—but then stops, deciding he shouldn’t be the one always reaching out. Kumud finally returns home, her mind still spinning from what she saw. She knows she has to uncover the truth behind Kabir and Menka’s connection, but she doesn’t know where to start. When she enters, Saras doesn’t say a word to her. As she opens a cupboard, a file falls out. Picking it up, she is shocked to see that it contains a will—Saras has given everything to Danny, and he didn’t even tell her about it.
She confronts him, asking why he kept this from her. He responds coldly, pointing out that she doesn’t tell him where she goes either. She reminds him that she had only asked for nine days and accuses him of creating more distance between himself and Danny with this will. Saras says he did it for Danny’s sake. Kumud asks him to consider that Danny might be under pressure or simply misunderstood the situation. Saras sighs and says Danny is not a child anymore. He used to stand by him when they were young—now, he should be able to understand him without explanations. He walks away, leaving Kumud upset.
At the same time, Ghuman wonders aloud how Kumud could have missed the aarti. Saras arrives and hands the file to Kusum, asking her to give it to Danny. Kumud silently watches. Kusum takes the file to Danny, who opens it and is stunned. He glances at Saras, confused and emotional. Ghuman looks on, curious about the contents of the papers. Danny is overwhelmed and drops the file. Saras walks away with tears in his eyes. Danny holds his head in disbelief. Kusum picks up the file, reads it, and starts crying. She tells Danny that Saras has given him everything and urges him to let go of his anger. But Danny doesn’t respond—he simply walks away, lost in thought.
Later, Kumud speaks to Saras again. She says he was right after all and asks if he’s finally happy. She says it seems like giving everything to Danny brought peace to both of them. Now, there’s nothing holding him back. Saras agrees, saying he’s free of all burdens now. He says he’s done with Danny and is ready to leave the house. Kumud smiles faintly, telling him that’s all she needed to know. Meanwhile, Yash’s mother tells Vidyachatur to visit Kumud if he’s worried. He agrees, but Badimaa stops him, saying he’ll only be insulted if he goes there now. He notices how disturbed she looks and asks what happened. She finally opens up, saying she saw the old, manipulative Ghuman today. She warns that their daughters will never be truly safe while Ghuman is around.
Badimaa recounts everything Ghuman said and expresses her concern. She believes Ghuman is plotting to destroy their daughters’ happiness once again. She tells Vidyachatur that Saras has decided to leave the house, which will weaken Kumud emotionally—and that’s exactly when Ghuman will strike. There are only seven days left, and she prays that Kumud finds a way to reunite Saras and Danny before it’s too late.
Meanwhile, Ghuman tries to plant more poison in Danny’s mind. She tells him to accept that Saras is not his real brother and that he shouldn’t dwell on it—it was never really his to begin with. Danny, however, refuses to listen. He says he never wanted Saras’s property in the first place. Ghuman tries again, suggesting that Saras is acting out of revenge and that he must have some hidden agenda. Danny walks away without saying another word. Kumud then walks up to Ghuman and reminds her that despite everything, Danny still trusts Saras. She says Danny will soon find out the full truth. Ghuman remains quiet and leaves.
Kumud stands there thinking, her mind full of questions. What’s really going on? What’s the connection between Kabir, Menka, and Ghuman? She’s determined to find out no matter what.

Menka meets with Ghuman, who introduces her to Kabir. Kumud watches from a distance and is stunned as Kabir pretends he doesn’t know Menka. She begins to wonder—who is really pretending, and who’s telling the truth?
