Saras And Kumud On Starlife Friday 20th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Saras discovering an earring. He immediately identifies it as Kumud’s and tells the inspector that she must be here. He confronts Sunanda, demanding answers. Kajol quickly intervenes and lies, claiming the earring is hers, and even shows the matching one. The inspector says they can’t act without proof and warns them that they won’t be spared if evidence turns up. Saras insists he saw Kumud being kidnapped and begs the police to arrest them, but the inspector apologizes and leaves. Saras turns to Sunanda and says he doesn’t need proof—he knows Kumud is here. Sunanda smirks and admits the truth: yes, Kumud is here. But then she coldly says, “What will you do about it?” She taunts him, saying Kumud is no longer the same innocent girl he once knew. Enraged, Saras threatens her, warning that if anything happens to Kumud, she and her people will have to pay. He glares at Samru and snatches the earring. He vows to rescue Kumud and walks out with determination.

Outside, Saras tells Majnu he’s sure Kumud is inside and shows him the earring. Meanwhile, Ghuman is with Kabir, gloating that Danny has finally turned against Kusum. She proudly says, “Did you see how he scolded Badimaa? That’s how much he loves me.” Kabir, playing along, says of course—after all, she’s such a “good mother.” But there’s pain in his voice as he adds, “Some people don’t even know their real parents.” Ghuman says that those who move on from the past create exciting presents—just like them. She reminds him there’s one last task left before his reward.
Back in Sunanda’s house, Kumud is brought before her, still tied up. Sunanda smugly informs her that Saras was here and had the audacity to threaten her. She says, “He claims he’ll take you away from here. But I told him—he’ll never see your face again.” She tells Samru to untie Kumud and adds mockingly, “Be happy, your husband loves you so much. He even cried when he couldn’t see you.” Kumud breaks down in tears. Sunanda locks the door and leaves, and Kumud cries out helplessly for Saras.
Majnu warns Saras that the people they’re dealing with are extremely dangerous. Saras simply says, “Come with me,” determined to fight them all if necessary.
At home, Danny sits alone in his room. Kusum arrives, but as soon as Danny sees her, he tries to leave. She stops him and pleads with him to listen. “You promised me you’d never misunderstand me, but you’re doing just that,” she says. Kusum tries to explain what Ghuman has done. But Danny snaps, “She’s my mother. I can’t stand anyone insulting her. I’ve always respected your family, but what you did to my mum crossed the line.” Kusum tries to reason, saying Ghuman’s actions were also wrong, but Danny doesn’t want to hear it. “Let’s stay apart for some time,” he says, walking out. Kusum is left heartbroken, wondering how she can ever show him Ghuman’s true face.
Meanwhile, Ghuman is thrilled. “One final plan and everything will fall into place,” she says. Just then, she receives a call from Sunanda, who informs her that Saras showed up. Ghuman is stunned but quickly recovers. Sunanda assures her that Saras will leave empty-handed. Ghuman warns her to be careful—Saras won’t give up easily. They laugh, and Ghuman promises more money if she keeps both Kumud and Saras trapped. Sunanda, confident, says she’ll need extra money now that Saras is involved. Ghuman agrees and smirks.
Dancer Kusum brings food to Kumud, who is burning with fever. Concerned, she says she’ll get medicine. As she leaves, she forgets to close the door. Kumud sees a chance and steps out, trying to escape. But Sunanda approaches from the other end. Kusum quickly spots Kumud and hides her, scolding her for risking everything. She tells Kumud to trust her. “If you’re caught again, they’ll move you, and then your husband will never find you.” Kumud agrees, and Kusum takes her back to the room.
Outside, Saras watches the gate as guards sit near it. Majnu distracts them by pretending to be a madman, causing a scene. As they move toward Majnu, Saras slips inside. He spots Samru distracted but is quickly caught by the other goons. Sunanda arrives and is shocked to see Saras inside.
