Saras And Kumud On Starlife Monday 23rd June 2025 Written episode Update
The episode opens with Saras lost in thoughts about Kumud. She is locked away, crying alone, and both of them feel incomplete without each other. Saras remembers the moment Kumud put the burning diya in her hands and how she left home that day. He clutches her photo tightly and whispers, “I can’t live without you.” Meanwhile, morning arrives and Danny sits quietly, upset as he thinks about himself and Kusum. Ghuman comes in, bringing a file and a cup of tea, asking Danny to take a look at the papers. Danny is stunned as he opens the file. Ghuman explains that these are the documents of Vidyachatur’s haveli, but surprisingly, the papers are in her name. She reveals that Vidyachatur had taken a big loan from Laxminandan and failed to repay it. Since the family ties have grown weak and they have disrespected her, she plans to take control of the haveli and force them onto the streets. Danny is shocked but listens carefully.

At Vidyachatur’s place, he angrily orders the inspector to find Kumud, but Kabir tries to calm him down. Badimaa remains hopeful that Saras will bring Kumud back soon. Yash’s mother assures everyone that Kumud hasn’t harmed anyone and will return safely, which even makes Kalika wary as she begins to side with Kumud. Suddenly, Ghuman walks in with Danny and the file in her hand. Everyone stares as Badimaa confronts her, accusing her of trying to blame their daughters again. But Ghuman firmly states that this is her house, and as Laxminandan’s wife, she’s legally the owner now since Danny has severed ties with Kusum. The family is left speechless.
Saras and Majnu wait anxiously in the park for Kumud’s arrival. Majnu asks where the police are, and Saras assures him they’re nearby. A car arrives, and some goons bring a girl with her face covered by a ghunghat. Samru presents the girl to Saras, but when Saras holds her hand, he quickly realizes this is not Kumud. The inspector intervenes and demands to see her face. To everyone’s shock, it’s Kajal, not Kumud. The inspector questions who she is and what game is being played. Back at the haveli, Vidyachatur claims the papers Ghuman brought are fake and that he holds the original ones. He bitterly reminds everyone how he made them stay for years but was still insulted like twenty years ago. He accuses Ghuman of taking advantage of her husband’s illness and insists this is their haveli, ordering Ghuman to leave with her fake documents. Ghuman challenges him to show the original papers; if he can’t, they will have to leave. Kalika watches, impressed by Ghuman’s courage.
Meanwhile, the inspector questions Samru about Kumud’s whereabouts, but Samru lies. Kajal admits she knows these people and came willingly to meet Sheikh. The inspector warns Saras and his men and then leaves. Majnu angrily confronts Samru about this deception, but Samru tells him to ask Sunanda for answers.
Vidyachatur searches desperately through his cupboard for the original papers but can’t find them. Kusum helps him look, and both grow anxious. They tell Badimaa that the papers are missing, and Guniyal offers to search upstairs. When they fail to find them, Yash’s mother demands the documents to silence the accusations. Vidyachatur accuses Ghuman of stealing the real papers and making fake ones to push her own agenda. He says he used to value relationships but now doesn’t care anymore.
Ghuman boldly tells Vidyachatur to pack his belongings and leave her house. Everyone gasps. She asks if he will leave peacefully or if she should call the police. Danny stands beside his mother, supporting her firmly. He tells Vidyachatur that until they find a new home, they can all stay here. Ghuman shoots a sharp look at Danny, clearly surprised by his loyalty.
Later, Saras arrives with Majnu to confront Sunanda. Majnu angrily accuses Sunanda of cheating them by sending Kajal instead of Kumud. Sunanda admits she deceived them but claims she didn’t know the police were coming. She starts to suspect Saras as well.
