The episode opens with a playful yet heartfelt moment between Kumud and Saras. Kumud insists that Saras shouldn’t apply Holi colors on her, warning him that if he does, she won’t talk to him. Saras, persistent as ever, tells her that as her husband, he has every right to celebrate with her. He reminds her of the time he applied haldi to her during their wedding rituals. Kumud, though still pretending to resist, has a smile on her face as she declares she won’t go near the pool and forbids any colored water or throwing of colors. Curious, she asks how he will express his love without colors. Saras steps closer and says, with unwavering confidence, that he is Saraswatichandra and he loves Kumud Sundari deeply. Kumud can’t help but smile before running away from him, her laughter echoing his love.
Meanwhile, Kabir is seen speaking with a doctor about Laxminandan’s condition. The doctor confirms that he won’t regain consciousness soon and even offers to end his life if needed. Kabir refuses and cruelly asks him to keep Laxminandan in a vegetative state. He’s determined not to let fate ruin his plans again, knowing that if Laxminandan wakes up, it could destroy everything he has plotted.
Elsewhere, Danny chases Kusum around in a playful mood and throws color on her as Ghuman watches coldly. Saras joins the celebration, beating the dhol while family and friends pour out to enjoy the festival. Seeing Saras in high spirits, Kumud can’t resist and finally throws color on him, circling around him joyfully. Saras and Danny hug, covered in color, as Kumud keeps avoiding getting too drenched in it.
Joy spreads all around as Saras and Kumud join in the festivities, blowing color into the air. Vidyachatur celebrates his 25th Holi with Guniyal and tries to include Badimaa, who resists initially. Kusum, joined by the others, playfully forces Badimaa into the celebrations. Saras warmly hugs Badimaa, and Ghuman watches the moment from a distance.
Kabir approaches Ghuman, greeting her with a color-filled handshake and hands her something discreetly. Danny pulls Kabir away just after Saras greets him with color and a brotherly hug. Kalika approaches Ghuman with colors but walks away without saying anything. Ghuman, staying sharp, mixes a suspicious powder into a glass while Kumud notices and questions her. Ghuman hides her intentions, and Kabir helps her cover up, returning the dropped packet with a smirk and a sarcastic request for her to thank him again.
Back at the celebrations, Kalika offers jalebis to Ghuman, who remains aloof. Meanwhile, Danny and Kusum share a sweet moment. Sayali teases them and pulls Danny’s ears, prompting Kusum to thank her and run off shyly. Kalika offers more food, which Ghuman ignores. Kabir signals to Ghuman, who again mixes powder—this time into bhaang.
Vidyachatur invites everyone to eat, visibly happy to see the family united. Ghuman slyly asks Danny to fetch the camera from home, using it as a pretext to get him out of the way. As he leaves, Kabir signals that their plan is now in motion. Ghuman asks Kusum to accompany her to wash hands and then offers her a glass of thandai. Kusum drinks it, quickly feeling its effects. She begins giggling and sees multiple images of Ghuman. Ghuman pretends nothing is wrong and encourages Kusum to speak freely. Kusum confesses she never applied color to Saras and calls it her top secret. She says she has hurt Danny in the past but now truly loves him and would never hurt him again. Ghuman slyly suggests Saras might feel bad. Kusum, under the bhaang’s influence, agrees to go and wish Saras a happy Holi herself and promises to tell him how much she loves Danny.
Back at the celebration, some kids run to Kumud and falsely claim Saras is hurt. Alarmed, she rushes to check on him only to realize it’s a prank. Saras appears, smiling mischievously. Kumud scolds him for scaring her, but he insists he had no choice in love. With color on his cheeks, Saras tells her he made a promise not to apply color with his hands, but he never said anything about his face. He gently brushes his cheeks against hers, applying color that way. The moment is intimate and sweet as the song “Mann Ke Dor” plays. Kumud closes her eyes, smiling. Saras wishes her a happy first Holi as Mrs. Saraswatichandra and hugs her while she shyly runs away, leaving him smiling behind her.
