Saras And Kumud On Starlife Thursday 19th June 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode begins with Danny witnessing Badimaa harshly scolding Ghuman. He’s stunned to see his mother being insulted so openly. Badimaa angrily tells Ghuman that she will expose her true face—reminding her that she snatched Saraswati’s husband, betrayed Laxminandan, and caused rifts between Danny and Saras, and even between Kumud and Saras. Danny can’t take it anymore and yells, “Enough! She’s my mother—you can’t speak to her like that!” Ghuman bursts into tears in front of him. Meanwhile, Kumud is running desperately on the road. Saras is nearby but doesn’t see her. Kumud spots him and cries out, “Saras, I knew you would come!” Just as she runs toward him, Sunanda’s goons catch her again. She shouts his name and stretches her hand out from the car, hoping he’ll see her. Saras finally notices her and starts chasing the car as it speeds away, but he can’t catch up. Kumud cries as the car drives off.

Saras tells Majnu that some goons have taken Kumud—he saw it with his own eyes. Majnu suggests they speak to his friend, who might know something. Back home, Vidyachatur asks Danny to speak to Ghuman and ask her what she really said. But Danny is too furious. He confronts Badimaa, saying, “How could you say such things about my mother?” Badimaa stands her ground and says everything she said was true. She tells him he only sees the mother in Ghuman, but the rest of them have seen how she manipulates relationships for her own benefit. Guniyal tries to speak up, but Danny cuts her off too. He says he knows Ghuman accepted Kusum only for his happiness. Kusum tries to reveal what Ghuman did, but Danny shuts her down as well. He says he won’t let anyone insult his mother. Ghuman pretends to stop him, but Danny is too upset to listen. Kabir watches everything with a sly smile. Danny then turns to Kusum and asks why she didn’t stop her family from insulting Ghuman. He says he no longer wants any ties with the family. “They hate my mother, and I can’t stay where she isn’t respected,” he declares. He takes Ghuman by the hand and walks out, while she glances back at Kabir with a smile.
Kusum tries to stop him, but Danny tells her she went against his mother and that he’s breaking ties with her too. Everyone is shocked. Kusum breaks down in tears. Vidyachatur sadly says he no longer understands what’s happening with his children. Kumud is dragged back to the Kotha. Sunanda scolds her and warns her to stop trying to run away or she will be punished. Samru throws her to the floor, and Sunanda instructs him to lock her up again. Kumud resists, shouting, “Leave me!”
Saras and Majnu meet Majnu’s friend and ask about Kumud. The man says he hasn’t seen her but warns them not to get involved. Saras pleads with him, saying Kumud is his wife and she’s been missing for days. The man hesitates, then says Sunanda brought in a new girl and plans to showcase her dance that night. He adds that she was taken to a tailor for costume fittings earlier and suggests they speak to him. Saras and Majnu rush to the tailor’s shop. Back at the Kotha, Sunanda mocks Kumud, saying her husband will never be able to find her. She ties Kumud up again and leaves the room.
Meanwhile, Kusum is at home crying, deeply hurt by Danny’s words. She tries calling him, but he refuses to answer. She sends him messages, but he ignores them. Ghuman watches him quietly, pleased to see her plan working. Saras and Majnu reach the tailor. Majnu lies, saying Sunanda sent him to get a red dupatta for the new girl but he doesn’t know the address. The tailor agrees to help and even draws a map for them. Saras and Majnu follow the directions to reach Sunanda’s Kotha. Saras silently prays to the Goddess for help in finding Kumud. He spots the same car Kumud was taken in and sees the picture of the Goddess on it. “She’s here,” he says with conviction.
Majnu tells Saras that nothing can stop him from meeting Kumud now. He calls the police. Soon, Saras arrives at the Kotha with officers. Sunanda is caught off guard. The inspector tells her they received a tip about a girl being held against her will. Saras steps forward and says, “I filed the complaint. I’m Saraswatichandra.” Sunanda denies everything and tells them to leave. But Saras recognizes Samru and grabs him furiously.
He starts beating Samru, demanding to know where Kumud is. Sunanda tries to calm things down and says Saras is mentally disturbed after losing his wife. She even threatens to call the DCP. But the inspector tells her to let them do their job. They begin to search the house.
Kumud hears Saras calling her name, but Sunanda orders her men to take Kumud away through the back exit. Saras enters the room where Kumud was just moments ago and looks around. He can feel she was there. Sunanda pretends to be innocent and insists no girl is being held there. But Saras spots something on the floor—Kumud’s earring. He picks it up and smiles, realizing she was right there.
