Meanwhile, Saras gently encourages Kumud, telling her she can do it and asking for her hand. He draws a little smiley on her palm, bringing a smile to her face. They hold hands, and he promises to always be by her side now. Kumud nods and urges him to take care of himself, reminding him to eat and sleep on time. Saras playfully replies, “Yes, teacher ji.” Danny arrives with the car, and Saras calls her to come along. Kumud, overwhelmed with emotion, begins to cry as he helps her into the car. A soft tune plays in the background as they share a final look, then embrace. Danny watches them with a gentle smile as Saras tells Kumud he’ll miss her. She drives away.

Back inside, Saras returns to his room and tries to distract himself by focusing on work, but the silence feels heavier without Kumud. Kabir walks in and is surprised when Saras tells him he’s not going to Mumbai. When Kabir asks why, Saras explains that after the school incident, something doesn’t feel right. He wonders if going to Mumbai is the right decision. He admits he had initially decided not to go because of Kumud, but now he realizes he needs to stay and look after the school. It’s more important. Saras adds that he’s already emailed his client and postponed his trip by a week so he can go with Kumud later. Kabir asks if Kumud knows this, and Saras says no—because if she found out, she might come rushing back. Kabir reassures him that he’s making the right decision.
Just then, Laxminandan enters, smiling knowingly. He says that behind every fight between a husband and wife, there is love—and during difficult times, a husband must stand by his wife. Saras tells him he has to leave for the school. Laxminandan, however, says he’s heading to Dubai. Surprised, Saras asks why, especially since he hasn’t been feeling well. But Laxminandan insists he’s fine and reminds Saras to make sure the school doesn’t shut down. Saras smiles and assures him that it won’t.
At the school, chaos breaks out as the angry parents beat the cook, blaming him for the recent mishap. Saras intervenes, calming everyone down. He tells them it’s not fair to punish the innocent. The parents remain furious, convinced the cook is to blame, but Saras reveals that the sample report has come in, and the cook cannot be held responsible. The police arrive, and though the parents demand an arrest, the inspector says they need proper evidence. The cook, visibly shaken, pleads with Saras for help. Saras tells him not to worry and that they’re only taking him in for questioning. Meanwhile, some teachers accuse the cook, saying he’s the only one who stood to gain and that they’re all suffering because of him. Saras asks them to wait for the truth to come out and assures them they’ll investigate everything properly. He instructs them to check the godown and to call him if they need anything, then leaves.
At home, Laxminandan prepares to leave and says goodbye to everyone. He says he came from Dubai to win over one son’s heart and is now leaving with the love of all three. Kabir hugs him and asks him to take care. Danny, however, stands back looking upset. Laxminandan notices and approaches him, saying Danny didn’t even come to say goodbye. Danny finally hugs him tightly, unable to hold back his tears. Laxminandan smiles and says the dark days are over and they should hold onto only the good memories now.
Saras returns home, and Laxminandan asks how things went at the school. Saras says the investigation is still underway, but he’s hopeful everything will be resolved. Laxminandan advises him to take care of himself and his brothers before hugging Saras and departing.
Meanwhile, Kusum gets a call from Anushka. She’s happy to hear from her and promises to pick her up. She tells Anushka that she has taken permission from everyone and just wants her to come now. Kusum informs the family that Anushka is a little hesitant, wondering if anyone would be uncomfortable with her visit. Vidyachatur assures her that guests are always welcome, and Badimaa suggests they go make tea together.
Kumud calls Vidyachatur to share some updates. He encourages her and offers emotional support. She asks if Saras has reached Mumbai, but Saras signals Vidyachatur not to say anything. Saras then takes the phone and pretends he’s calling from his new place. Kumud asks how the house is, and Saras says it’s very nice—but that he’s missing her. They chat for a bit, and Kumud expresses concern about the school. Saras reassures her that everything will be fine, reminding her how much effort she put into the school. After their call ends, Kumud looks at the smiley on her palm and touches it gently.
Vidyachatur, amused, tells Saras that he didn’t reveal he’s still at home because he’s keeping the seven vows of marriage. Saras smiles to himself, thinking that although he lied, he’ll fix everything before Kumud returns. He gets ready to head out, and Kabir enters again, offering to help. Saras declines and tells him to go to the factory instead, since there are no current orders. Kabir says Danny is already there and insists on helping with the school. Saras says he’ll call him if needed, but Kabir shouldn’t worry—he’s not alone. Kabir nods and leaves, and Saras smiles, feeling quietly supported.
