Danny decides it’s time to come clean to Kabir and heads out, determined to confess everything. But as he drives, he’s suddenly stopped at a police checkpoint. Anxiety sets in, and he panics, trying to reverse his car and get away, but he gets stuck. The inspector approaches, knocks on his window, and begins a search. They find a suitcase filled with drugs. Danny is stunned and insists the drugs don’t belong to him. He pleads, saying he was actually on his way to report everything. The inspector, unimpressed, says they already had solid information on him. Danny begs them to listen, but the officer coldly says people like him should be shot. Danny is arrested on the spot, devastated and helpless.
Back at home, Kumud senses something is off. When Saras returns, she anxiously tells him about Danny. Just then, she gets a call—it’s Danny, calling from police custody. He explains how the police stopped him, searched his car, and arrested him. Kumud is shocked and immediately tells Saras. Saras, stunned, asks Danny what happened. Danny confesses he went ahead with the project Saras warned him against and says the people he worked with betrayed him by swapping his product samples with drugs. Saras scolds him for such reckless behavior. Before Danny can say more, the police take his phone away. Saras tries calling again, but the inspector refuses to let him talk. Saras quickly decides to go to the police station.
Frustrated and worried, Saras says he can’t believe Kabir made such a huge mistake. Just then, Kabir calls. Saras puts the call on speaker and immediately questions him about the project. Kabir acts surprised and claims he had no idea Danny hadn’t informed Saras. He goes on to say that the man who planted the drugs has police connections and could vanish any moment. Saras decides it’s too risky to involve the police just yet and asks Kabir for the man’s location. He tells Kumud to go to the station while he goes after the real culprit himself. Ghuman, who has been listening quietly, stops Kumud and says she’s coming too.
Once they’re alone, Ghuman calls Kabir and angrily accuses him of framing her son. She demands answers. Kabir calmly tells her to trust him and promises that Danny will be released by evening—but only as Saras’s stepbrother and her son. Hearing that, Ghuman’s anger fades and she agrees, knowing it plays into her favor.
Saras arrives at a cottage where the culprit is hiding, but the man manages to escape. He later calls Kabir and smugly says the job is done. Kabir assures another associate that he’ll get him out of jail soon, and then heads to the police station with the man in custody. Kumud and Ghuman are already there when Kabir walks in. He announces that this is the man who framed Danny. Danny confirms it, saying this man planted the drugs in his bag and took photos to blackmail him. The man confesses and is immediately arrested. Danny is released and rushes into Ghuman’s arms. He asks where Saras is, but Kabir cuts in, saying he should have been here—but that it’s okay because he’s like a real brother too. Ghuman seizes the moment, gently poisoning Danny’s mind, asking him why Saras didn’t come, and hinting that Kabir truly cares while Saras does not.
Saras finally returns home, smiling when he sees Danny. But Danny stops him cold and keeps his distance. Ghuman watches, pleased. Danny confronts Saras, saying he was locked up in a jail, accused of carrying drugs, but his own brother didn’t come for him. Saras tries to explain, but Danny cuts him off, heartbroken. He says he always believed Saras would stand by him, no matter what—that he was the Ram to his Laxman. Saras reaches out, trying to make him understand, but Danny steps back, refusing to hear him. Saras turns to Kumud, hoping she’ll explain, but Danny lashes out at her too, calling her “Bhabhi” in a distant, formal tone, and telling her not to speak.
Ghuman watches the emotional breakdown with satisfaction. Danny finally declares that he, Ghuman, and Kusum are leaving the house. Saras and Kumud are stunned by his decision but can’t stop him. The wedge between the brothers has been driven deep.
