Scene 1:
Everyone is overjoyed for Haider and Dua. One woman tells Dua that she couldn’t be happier and prays that God blesses them with a happy life and a wonderful child. Gulnaaz adds that she won’t be a grandmother, but rather the child’s friend. She expresses how excited she is and promises to win the child’s heart. Ruhaan excitedly says he can’t wait to play with the baby. Ravi gives his blessings, and both Hafeez and Qainaat hug the couple. Qainaat shares how happy she is and tells Dua that she never thought she’d feel so much joy in a single day. Rahat advises them not to be a father like he was—he urges Haider to always give time to his children.
Hina suddenly says something that shocks everyone—she doesn’t realize it’s not even been two years yet, and she’ll be a grandmother. Everyone is taken aback, realizing Hina doesn’t remember anything. Dua softly tells Haider that his mother loves her deeply and is very happy. Hina hugs Dua lovingly and says she’s overjoyed. She adds that they’ll dance together like friends.
Dua, Hina, and the rest of the family join in for a dance. The celebration continues with the start of Qainaat and Hafeez’s haldi ceremony.
Scene 2:
Gulnaaz arrives at the hospital, her face covered with a veil. She introduces herself as Dua Haider and says she’s there for the IVF procedure. The doctor looks at her with suspicion and mentions she’s never seen her in a veil before, asking if she’s really Dua.
Meanwhile, Gazal is thinking about Haider. Even though he isn’t there, she feels safe just thinking of him. The doctor asks her why Haider didn’t come. Gazal lies and says he’s busy with work because of his sister’s wedding. But the doctor tells her the procedure can’t move forward without Haider and insists she must call him.
Back home, Hina distributes sweets. Dua expresses concern to Haider, saying her mother-in-law’s happiness isn’t real. Haider reassures her that it will become real and reminds her to stay hopeful. Dua worries what will happen if she doesn’t get pregnant. Haider tries to comfort her again, and Dadi encourages her by saying God’s blessings are always with them. Haider suggests they head to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor again questions Gazal about Haider’s absence. Gazal repeats her excuse about work and the wedding. The doctor insists they need Haider there for the process to go ahead. She demands Haider’s sample, or else they can’t continue. Gazal says she will talk to him.
Just then, Dua and Haider arrive at the hospital. The doctor informs them both must be present before starting the procedure. As they walk toward the room, Gazal quickly hides before they can see her. A nurse checks the appointment details and says Dua was scheduled for 12 PM. Gazal, pretending to be Dua Akhter, tells the nurse she is indeed Dua. But the nurse senses something is off and mentions there’s some confusion.
