Soulmates 19th August 2025 Written Episode Update
The episode opens with Renuka ordering Sayali to take on all the household chores now that she has lost her job. She mocks Sayali’s injury, accusing her of being jealous and incompetent. Her harsh words sting, but Renuka doesn’t stop there—she declares that Sayali will handle all the work so the rest of them won’t have to lift a finger. Tejas and Roshni join in, siding with Renuka, and together they seem almost delighted at Sayali’s misfortune. Sayali quietly absorbs their taunts, feeling humiliated and cornered.

Just then, Sachin steps in to support his wife. He firmly tells his mother that Sayali will not be burdened with extra responsibilities. But Renuka defends herself, claiming that since Roshni and Riya are working outside, it is only practical for Sayali to manage the house. The next morning, Tejas demands a cup of tea from Sayali. Before she can respond, Roshni suggests to her husband that they should eat breakfast outside instead. Sayali, realizing how her position in the house has been reduced, agrees to make the meal. While cooking in the kitchen, she becomes overwhelmed with emotion, tears mixing with the steam and smoke around her. After preparing breakfast, she quietly washes all the dishes, only to be mocked again by Renuka, who ridicules her intelligence. Watching this, Sachin grows increasingly frustrated with his mother’s cruelty.
Later, Sachin confides in his friends about the situation. They feel deeply for Sayali and suggest he approach the municipality office to get permission for her to restart her business. They encourage him to help her relaunch it online so she can continue working from home. Sachin likes the idea but admits he needs a scooty to make it possible. Without hesitation, his friends gather money and hand it to him.
Determined, Sachin goes to a showroom to buy the scooty. The salesman advises him to choose a color his wife likes best. Realizing he doesn’t know her favorite, Sachin quickly calls Sayali to ask. She is surprised and a little confused by the question, but softly replies that she loves blue. Smiling, Sachin immediately chooses a blue scooty for her. However, the cost is high, and he doesn’t have enough money. He assures the salesman that he will gather the remaining amount and return within a few hours.
Meanwhile, Renuka turns her attention to Roshni. She insists on holding a puja for Roshni’s father and pressures Roshni to follow certain rituals, claiming it could save his life. Renuka even demands that Roshni lie down on the floor as part of the custom. Irritated but helpless, Roshni obeys, unable to argue.
Later, Sachin comes home and calls Sayali to him. With a smile, he hands her a bag of flowers. He gently tells her to make garlands from them, encouraging her to restart her business from home. Though Sayali hesitates at first, Sachin’s unwavering faith in her gives her strength.
