The episode begins with Riya stepping out in a breathtaking saree for her reception. To put an end to the tension between Renuka and Mamta, she cleverly chooses to wear a Marathi saree draped in the Bengali style. Her thoughtful gesture surprises everyone and brings a wave of happiness across the family. Renuka is especially moved by Riya’s presence of mind and praises her, even likening her wisdom to Sayali’s. Meanwhile, Mamta is focused on her own scheme—she’s invited a group of troublemakers specifically to provoke Sachin and push him into losing his temper. One after another, they attempt to annoy him, but Sachin stays calm and refuses to take the bait.

Shikha and Roshni, frustrated by Sachin’s restraint, instruct one of their allies to try a new approach—getting Sachin to drink. As the man clumsily tries to interact with Sachin, Roshni begins to lose faith in his abilities, doubting whether he could even convince Sayali to take a sip. Mamta, too, tries multiple tricks to upset Sachin, but nothing works. Despite all efforts to get a reaction out of him, Sachin stands firm, unwilling to lose his cool. Sayali silently observes everything and feels proud of how Sachin is handling the situation. She sees clearly that he is doing his best not to bring any shame to his father. Still, Sachin can’t shake off the confusion—he senses that something isn’t right and wonders why all this chaos is happening on such a significant occasion. Amid all this, Sayali is invited to sit beside him.
As the evening continues, the man targeting Sachin tries to cozy up to him, aiming to earn his trust and execute his plan. Paresh, sensing the tension in the air, quietly advises Sachin to keep his calm. Sachin asks his father to stay close, but Paresh has to step away briefly. Spotting the opportunity, the man approaches Sachin again, this time trying to make small talk. Sachin initially ignores him but begins to feel something odd about the man’s behavior. Meanwhile, Renuka and Paresh start to worry as Roshni’s father still hasn’t arrived. Tejas wants to wait, but Renuka decides not to delay things any longer and begins Riya’s ceremony.
Elsewhere, Roshni starts to panic—her carefully arranged plan is falling apart. Back at the reception, the man continues to push drinks toward Sachin in a subtle manner. Though the man tries to appear friendly, Sachin grows increasingly suspicious as he notices the not-so-subtle hints about alcohol. Something doesn’t sit right with him, and he begins to sense that there’s more to this stranger than meets the eye.
