The episode begins with Sayali confronting Roshni, demanding to know where her father is. Renuka joins in, accusing Roshni of hiding the truth and trying to fool the family. Nervous and overwhelmed, Roshni suddenly feels nauseous and hurries inside, with Tejas quickly following her. Concerned, he asks if she’s alright, but Roshni claims she doesn’t know what’s happening to her. As they step back outside, Sachin questions Paresh about what’s going on with Roshni, prompting Paresh to ask her directly. Roshni responds that she’s feeling unwell and wants to rest, but Renuka presses for details. Moments later, to everyone’s shock, Renuka suddenly becomes excited and confidently announces that Roshni is pregnant. Roshni and Tejas are stunned, and though Roshni immediately denies it, Renuka refuses to listen.

Paresh advises Renuka to wait for a medical confirmation, reminding her of a past misunderstanding back in their village. He instructs Tejas to take Roshni to the hospital. As Tejas freezes in place, Sayali quietly remarks to Sachin that Tejas seems oddly happy about the news, which might explain his strange behavior. Renuka, overjoyed, lovingly feeds Roshni before sending her off with Tejas, even taking the opportunity to make a sarcastic comment toward Sayali. Sayali walks away, hurt, and Sachin voices his frustration to Paresh, who advises him not to get affected by Renuka’s drama.
On their way to the hospital, Roshni bumps into Shikha, who gets excited at the news of Roshni’s supposed pregnancy. Roshni insists the news isn’t confirmed and they need to hear from the doctor first. Shikha congratulates Tejas, but he pulls Roshni aside and confesses his concerns—especially his fears about becoming a father without a stable job. Roshni is disappointed by his lack of confidence and urges him to attend a company interview instead, telling him she’ll go to the hospital with Shikha. Reluctantly, Tejas agrees. Shikha, confused by Tejas’s attitude, asks Roshni what’s really going on. That’s when Roshni reveals the truth: she isn’t pregnant. She only acted the part to cool Renuka’s anger and divert attention. Shikha is shocked, asking if Roshni plans to keep pretending, but Roshni says the lie can’t be sustained for long and instead plans to shift Renuka’s attention onto Riya.
Meanwhile, back at the Deshmukh house, Renuka’s excitement continues. Paresh warns her not to celebrate before getting proper confirmation, but Renuka refuses to listen. Paresh suspects Renuka sees the pregnancy as a competition and teasingly calls her out on it. Just then, Sakuntala arrives with mangoes, and Renuka happily shares the “news” with her. When Renuka tells Sayali to take the mangoes inside, Sayali slips but is caught by Sachin. Their unexpected closeness makes the family uneasy. As always, Renuka complains to Paresh, who once again defends the couple.
Later, Roshni returns and finally reveals the truth—she is not pregnant. Renuka is devastated, while Paresh scolds her for making assumptions without medical confirmation. Sakuntala remarks that Riya won’t return now that Sachin has made it clear there are already three daughters-in-law in the house. Her words reignite Renuka’s anger, who blames Sachin and Sayali for Riya’s refusal to come back and vows to throw them out.

Renuka declares she will not eat until Riya and Akash return home. In response, both Paresh and Roshni also vow to fast. Sayali, seeing the rising tension, tells Sachin that they must act. Holding food in his hand, Sachin says he has an idea to solve the issue—leaving everyone puzzled.
