The episode begins with the family discussing Akash and Riya sleeping in a tent. Riya says it’s not a big issue—both she and Akash like sleeping in a tent. Renu tells Akash to make Riya understand. Just then, Mamta arrives home angrily. She says she has come to take Riya back—Akash and Riya should stay at her place now. Renu asks her why. Mamta complains that the family can’t provide Riya with a comfortable life, not even a proper room. She says it’s shameful that Riya had to sleep in a tent on the terrace. Riya tries to explain that it was her own choice, but Mamta tells her to be quiet.

Sachin walks in and hears the argument. Renu begins to explain, saying there was a small issue earlier, but Mamta interrupts, saying Paresh had to beg Joy to get a loan sanctioned just to build rooms. She says Paresh should have known how many children he planned to raise. Sayali tells her to stop. Mamta asks what she said wrong. Sachin steps in and tells Mamta to stop talking. He scolds her, but Renu tries to stop him. Sachin mocks Mamta in return. Sayali tells Sachin to calm down. Mamta calls him disrespectful. Riya agrees and says Sachin behaves like that. Mamta even calls him a goon. Sayali defends him, saying if Mamta insults Paresh, then she shouldn’t expect respect in return. Renu tells everyone to stop. Mamta again asks Riya to leave with her.
Roshni asks Mamta to at least listen to Renu. Sachin says it’s better if Riya leaves, and he tells Akash to go with her. Mamta tries to take Riya away. Renu tells her to wait and listen. Just then, Paresh arrives and asks what’s going on. Mamta tells him Riya won’t stay in that house. Sachin says Mamta is leaving, but Paresh stops him. Mamta says Riya doesn’t even have a room. Paresh says there is a room. Riya agrees. Mamta calls her a liar and says she slept on the terrace. Paresh says no one told them to sleep there. Mamta argues that Riya herself told her she doesn’t have a room. Riya clears it up, saying there was a room issue, but Paresh gave them his own room, and they themselves chose to sleep on the terrace. Sayali shows Mamta that Renu and Paresh’s bed is set up elsewhere.
Sachin and Sayali tell Mamta what she had said about Paresh. Renu tells Sayali to stop talking—there’s no need to create more fights in the family. Sachin keeps arguing with Mamta. Paresh tells Sachin to calm down and apologize. But Sachin refuses and walks away. Paresh apologizes to Mamta himself. He tells Riya to explain things clearly next time. Riya promises she will. Then Riya takes Mamta to show her the room.
Meanwhile, Sachin is hanging out at a club with his friends. They are drinking. Sachin vents out his anger, saying he’s not a robot—he’s a human being and has feelings too. He’s upset. His friends try to calm him down. Sachin tells them how Mamta insulted Paresh in front of everyone.

Renu insults Sayali. In return, Sayali gives back all the gold jewelry and even removes her mangalsutra. She says she’ll only wear things bought with her husband’s earnings.
