The episode begins with Paresh and the family happily cheering for Renu as she participates in a fun guessing game. Paresh compliments Renu and successfully guesses the movie name and the song. Renu feels pleased. Next, Tejas performs a dance to the song “Tauba Tauba,” but Roshni fails to identify it. Sachin makes a playful comment about Tejas’ performance. Riya then announces that Sayali’s team wins the point. The game continues with excitement.
Riya invites Sachin to dance. Sayali encourages him and helps him act out the song better. She quickly guesses the answer, and everyone applauds. Riya shares that both teams are tied, and the next correct guess will decide the winner. Sayali confidently checks the song card and tells Sachin they’ll win. Sachin is confused at first but eventually performs, and Sayali guesses it right. Akash congratulates them, and Sachin joyfully plays the song and gets everyone to dance.

Later, Riya takes a photo of Sayali while she’s making a beautiful Rangoli design. She praises Sayali’s creativity and skills. Sayali thanks her. Meanwhile, Renu watches them jealously from a distance. Out of spite, she spills water on the Rangoli and ruins it. As Riya walks away to attend a phone call, Renu also leaves. Sayali turns around and is shocked to see her hard work destroyed. She starts crying.
Sachin arrives and notices the spoiled Rangoli. He asks what happened, and Sayali, still in tears, says she doesn’t know. He hugs her and reassures her that they can make it again. She says it’s not possible now because the colored powders are finished. Sachin then comes up with a new idea — they can use flowers to create the Rangoli. Together, they clean the floor and design a fresh flower Rangoli. Both of them smile with joy. Sayali thanks Sachin for helping her. He replies that she brought color into his life, so he won’t let her dreams or life lose its color. She is touched and smiles. Sayali says it’s time for the puja, and they head inside.
During the Diwali prayers, everyone gathers to celebrate. Renu announces that her favorite daughter-in-law will begin the puja, and she chooses Riya. Sayali and Roshni feel sad hearing this. Renu praises Riya and says since Akash is back home, joy has returned too. She calls Riya the real “Laxmi” of the house and asks her to lead the rituals. Riya humbly says she doesn’t know much about the rituals and suggests Sayali should go first so she can follow.
However, Renu insults Sayali again. This time, Sachin defends Sayali and questions why she can’t perform the aarti. Paresh intervenes, saying that everyone makes mistakes and that it’s time to forget the past. He insists that all three daughters-in-law should do the puja together. Finally, the three of them — Sayali, Riya, and Roshni — perform the aarti as a team. After the puja, Akash announces that it’s time to burst firecrackers.
Sachin calls Sayali to come along to talk to Aaji, but she’s distracted. Sayali silently prays for unity and peace in the family. While Sachin is on a phone call, Sayali walks towards a lit diya dangerously close to the firecrackers. Sachin notices and rushes to protect her. He scolds her for being careless. Sayali is confused and asks why he is so angry. Sachin ends his call and walks away, clearly upset.
Akash notices this and explains to Sayali that Sachin is still hurting from a childhood trauma — something happened in their past that made Sachin scared of such situations. Hearing this, Sayali feels sorry and goes to speak to Sachin. She apologizes for her actions, but he simply says he’s going to sleep. Just then, Paresh calls Sayali, and she tells Sachin to get the car ready as they have to go somewhere. Sachin is puzzled and wonders where Sayali is planning to take him.
