The episode opens with a tense moment as Sayali expresses her worry about Sachin, saying he was on the same highway as the accident and she’s scared for him. Tears stream down her face as she speaks, and Akash gently tries to reassure her. He suggests going to the police station, but Sayali is hesitant, saying Paresh isn’t well and shouldn’t be troubled. Riya steps in, encouraging Akash to accompany Sayali. Just then, a car pulls up—and to their immense relief, it’s Sachin. Sayali runs to him and hugs him tightly as the emotional song “Tu Mujhe…” plays in the background. Akash tells Sachin that they were about to go to the police, and that he wasn’t answering his calls. Sachin checks his phone and realizes it had powered off. He begins explaining what happened.

In a flashback, we see Sachin at the accident site, helping victims. His wallet drops unknowingly. An inspector finds it and tells a constable to investigate. A man nearby chats with Sachin, asking his opinion about the crash. Sachin calls it terrible. The man then asks for a ride to a hotel, and Sachin agrees but suggests he’ll need to book a different cab later. Just then, the constable returns the wallet to Sachin and asks him to give a statement. Sachin agrees and goes with him. Back in the present, Sachin tells Sayali everything, clarifying that the blood on him is from helping injured people. Sayali hugs him again, deeply relieved. Akash tells him to get some rest and helps him park the car.
Later, in their room, Sayali expresses her love and concern. She scolds Sachin sweetly, asking him to always keep his phone charged and not to get so caught up in work that he forgets to live. She says their dreams can wait, but their relationship is what matters most. Sachin lightens the mood by joking about her fasting, and they playfully engage in a pillow fight before hugging again, smiling warmly.
The next morning, Sayali performs a ritual to ward off the evil eye from Sachin. Paresh and Akash return home and watch the couple with fondness. Sachin jokes with Akash about kite flying, and the two brothers playfully argue over whose kite is better. Paresh tries to calm them, but they assure him it’s just harmless fun. Sayali then tells Paresh about her plans for flower delivery and needing help from her mother. Surprisingly, Paresh agrees and tells her to do as she pleases. Sayali is grateful and thanks him sincerely.
Later, Shubha visits Sayali. Renu sees her and, as usual, mocks Sayali with sarcastic remarks. Sayali calmly defends herself, but Renu remains critical and tells Sayali to go get Paresh’s medicines. Shubha decides to leave, but Sayali urges her not to be upset by Renu’s behavior. Meanwhile, Anya speaks to his friends about his issues with a moneylender. Just then, Sachin arrives excitedly. He says he’s brought money to buy a mangalsutra for Sayali and notices his friends’ gloomy faces. Anya covers up the truth, saying they were just hungry and waiting for him. Sachin shares sweets with them and happily leaves to buy the chain, unaware of what they’re hiding.
Elsewhere, Sayali is at the market when Chandu shows up and disgustingly presents her with a gold chain. He claims he bought it for her and wants to put it around her neck. He mocks her for marrying Sachin and says she should be with him instead to get real luxury. Sayali is furious—she throws the chain on the ground, stomps on it, and lashes out at Chandu. She praises Sachin and calls Chandu a “dog.” When he tries to get forceful, she fights back and hits him with a stick.
