The episode opens with Roshni questioning Sayali about how she managed to afford a car for Sachin. Sayali’s recent purchase seems unbelievable to Roshni, who wonders how her small business could have earned her such a large profit. At the same time, Roshni is feeling the pressure from her own mother-in-law to be more supportive of her husband, and she uses Sayali’s gesture as a comparison. Overhearing their conversation, Riya steps in gently, advising Roshni to be careful with her words. She reminds her that asking personal questions can hurt feelings and that every relationship needs boundaries. Roshni is taken aback but quietly absorbs the advice. Soon after, Riya’s mother, Mamta, pays a visit to the Deshmukh house. Renuka greets her with warmth, though her mood shifts when Mamta starts asking about Sayali’s business. Caught off guard and slightly embarrassed, Renuka hesitates to name the shop, clearly uncomfortable with the idea of Mamta knowing where Sayali actually works. During their conversation, Mamta shares her wish to host a proper wedding reception for Riya, as she had eloped with Aakash and they never got to celebrate traditionally. Renuka supports the idea and suggests including Roshni in the same event, pointing out that her wedding also defied societal expectations.

Mamta agrees, deciding that both Riya and Roshni should be celebrated together as brides. But once Mamta leaves, Renuka turns serious and insists that Roshni must invite her father to the reception. Roshni tries to avoid the subject, offering excuses, but Renuka grows suspicious. She tells Roshni plainly that if her father doesn’t show up, she’ll assume there’s something wrong with Roshni’s character. Distressed, Roshni seeks comfort and advice from a friend, unsure how to manage the expectations and pressure within the short time she has. Meanwhile, Sachin arrives home and notices how Renuka continues to burden Sayali with all the household responsibilities. Tired of watching Sayali manage everything alone, Sachin finally steps in and firmly defends his wife. This only fuels Renuka’s anger, but Sachin doesn’t back down. Later, in their room, he tries to lighten the mood by offering Sayali a bowl of gajar ka halwa, hoping to comfort her. But Sayali, still overwhelmed and exhausted, quietly refuses.
Elsewhere in the house, Mamta and Joy seem to be hatching a quiet plan of their own. Mamta wants Aakash to stay with them permanently as their live-in son-in-law, but she’s worried about how Sachin and Paresh might take the news. It’s clear she’s trying to figure out how to present the idea without causing conflict.
Later that night, Sayali walks into the kitchen and finds Riya helping herself to a meal she ordered. It’s an unexpected sight, especially since Sayali is the one usually preparing food for everyone. Renuka joins Riya soon after, and the two happily dig into the biryani together. Sachin finds their behavior amusing and playfully teases them, then turns to Sayali to joke about their sudden food cravings. Despite the light moment, a quiet tension lingers beneath the surface—one filled with unspoken concerns and the brewing storms in everyone’s lives.
