The episode begins with an emotional moment as Sayali tries to comfort Riya, who is visibly upset. Sachin, however, remains firm in his stance and says that both Akash and Riya should leave the house. Paresh tries to keep the peace and reminds everyone that for the sake of the children, they shouldn’t create a divide. Riya, trying to ease the tension, says she doesn’t care about the issue anymore and urges everyone not to make a big deal out of it. Akash also apologizes sincerely.
Mamta explains that Riya is very close to Joy—he has pampered her a lot, which is why he gets overly concerned about her. Renu agrees and says that Joy will return in a few days anyway. But Sachin brings up a condition set by Paresh—that Joy must come back for things to settle. Paresh emphasizes that keeping a family united is very important, and that’s all he wants. Riya assures everyone again that she will follow the house rules and try to fit in. Paresh tells Mamta not to worry, saying Riya will find happiness in their home.

Despite that, Sachin remains annoyed and still insists that Akash and Riya should be sent away. But Paresh shuts him down and asks him to stop talking about the past. When Mamta gets up to leave, Paresh urges her to have breakfast, but she politely declines. Just then, Renu introduces Roshni to Riya, and the two women warmly hug each other. Even though the mood lightens briefly, Sachin can’t hold back his frustration and starts taunting Akash and Riya again.
Riya doesn’t back down. She turns up the music and teases Sachin right back by singing. Her boldness annoys Sachin even more, and he angrily walks away, calling her arrogant. Renu frowns and tells Roshni that Riya is dangerous. Roshni agrees, calling her fearless. Renu then starts giving orders and sends Sayali to get some work done. She asks Riya to light the diya, but Riya responds with silly jokes, making everyone look at her in surprise.
Riya casually admits that she doesn’t know how to cook and says Akash usually takes care of that. Roshni whispers that Riya doesn’t even know how to light the diya. She adds that Renu looks tense and might scold Riya soon. But to everyone’s surprise, Renu pretends to be sweet and helps Riya instead. Riya and Akash then seek Bappa’s blessings together. Renu calls them to join everyone, and the family smiles at Riya’s quirky and carefree behavior.
However, Roshni quietly starts plotting. She thinks that if she manages to push Riya aside, she can become Renu’s favorite daughter-in-law. Still playing nice, she gives Riya a warm welcome into the family.
As the day continues, Renu shows her true colors by acting rudely toward Sayali while staying sweet in front of others. Riya notices this and boldly questions Renu about her behavior. Later, Riya drinks milk and casually hands the empty glass to Akash, then eats her food while Renu watches closely, judging her behavior.
Meanwhile, Sachin calls Sayali and asks how she’s doing. She says she’s fine but adds that if he were here, he would’ve enjoyed the drama happening in the house. She then puts her phone near Riya so Sachin can hear what’s going on. Riya’s bold words and Renu’s subtle taunts make Sachin feel even more irritated, especially seeing how Sayali is being treated unfairly.

Sachin and Sayali share a tender moment together. Sayali mentions, “I’ve prepared this room for Akash and Riya – it belongs to them now.” Hearing this, Sachin’s mood immediately darkens with anger.
