He assures Gauri that he will always prioritize her happiness and take care of her. Encouraged by Arjun, he promises even to make her breakfast, but just then, his Bluetooth earphone falls from his ear, and he forgets what he was about to say, flustered and embarrassed.

Feeling exposed, Vihaan confesses that he is alone in the world. Gauri challenges him, asking how he plans to take care of her. Vihaan boasts about his wealth, promising her a life of comfort where she would never need to work. He paints a picture of luxury and ease, but Gauri cuts him off, insisting that he needs a maid, not a wife. She declares she would rather die than be with him and warns him to stay away. Meanwhile, a witch targets Charu, compelling her to paint a sinister image of claws under a magical trance. Using her powers, the witch tries to control Charu, but Gauri intervenes just in time, rescuing her. Charu later confesses to Gauri that she saw something unusual, and Gauri wisely advises her to return home, successfully protecting her from harm.
Later, Gauri finds Vihaan at her house, surrounded by jewelry and clothes. Rekha praises Gauri, calling her lucky, while Vihaan shows Gauri a video of Rekha dancing. Gauri remains unfazed, asserting that he cannot blackmail her since everyone already knows about her mother. But Vihaan turns to Rekha, revealing that her family still believes she is just a nurse and threatens to expose the truth to her brothers. Terrified, Rekha pleads with Vihaan to protect her, but he insists that she persuade Gauri to attend the mehndi ceremony.
Gauri refuses, and Vihaan gives her a stark ultimatum: either she comes to the function, or Rekha’s family will discover the truth. Heartbroken, Rekha begs Gauri to save her mother from humiliation, warning that the shame could destroy her.
