During the ongoing chaos, Preeta meets Karan and asks him why the ‘roka’ is happening. Shaurya tricks Palki and gets close to her. Rishabh and Mahesh find out that someone purposely caused the power cut. Palki realises that Shaurya was the one with her in the attic. Shaurya and Shanaya’s ‘roka’ takes place. Preeta comes back to the Luthra house for the event, even though Gurpreet and Mohit had taken her away.

Rajveer brings Preeta back home before anyone sees her at the ‘roka.’ Preeta tells Rajveer to be kind to Shaurya. Karan feels sad for not being able to see Preeta, while Nidhi is happy about it. Palki starts to feel love for Rajveer. Shaurya tells Raman to arrange drugs to frame Rajveer. Karan doesn’t know that Shaurya took money from his safe. Preeta starts feeling uneasy about Rajveer’s safety.

Shaurya and Sandy get caught while trying to hide drugs in Rajveer’s office. The head of the narcotics team tells Karan to try remembering him. Rajveer tries to comfort Karan. Mr Malkani gives up hope on saving Shaurya legally, which bothers Rajveer. Shaurya feels good when Palki and Shanaya visit him in jail. Preeta also comes to see him and promises to help.

Raman refuses to support Shaurya. Later, Preeta unexpectedly meets Raman. Rajveer gets arrested after pushing reporters to protect Karan. The drug officer calls Mahesh ‘uncle.’ Karan begins to think that Shaurya got into trouble because he was involved in something serious. Rajveer and Palki reach Raman’s house. Shaurya continues to stay cold towards his family. Preeta comes face-to-face with Karan again.

Sandy tells Shaurya that Rajveer and Preeta truly care for him. Rajveer and Palki follow Raman to his hideout, but Raman’s men attack them. Preeta tells Gurpreet that Nidhi hasn’t visited Shaurya in jail. Nidhi is surprised when Shaurya praises Preeta. Rajveer and Palki are unable to escape from Raman’s people. Nidhi recognises the police officer Surya and tells Karan to apologise for getting Surya’s son arrested.

Raman’s men try to move Rajveer and Palki to another place. Palki spots Mohit and Shanaya and comes up with an idea to get help. Karan confronts Surya to find out if he is behind Shaurya’s arrest. Surya becomes angry when Karan refuses to say sorry for getting Yash arrested. Preeta gets Surya’s permission to visit Shaurya. Meanwhile, Rajveer and Palki manage to escape Raman’s gang.

Karan, pushed by his family, returns to the police station and asks to meet Shaurya. Later, he disowns Shaurya. Preeta arrives and scolds Karan for turning away from Shaurya. She decides to take care of Shaurya herself. Soon after, Karan and Preeta begin searching for Rajveer and Palki with Mohit and Shanaya. Meanwhile, Rajveer and Palki continue running from Raman’s men.

Raman’s gang chases Rajveer and Palki as they try to stay hidden. The news of their kidnapping shocks Mahesh, Rakhi and Dadi. While heading to Raman’s place, Karan and Preeta enjoy some peaceful moments together. Dadi, Nidhi, Rakhi and Mahesh also head out to rescue Rajveer and Palki. Karan, Preeta, Mohit and Shanaya run into Raman’s men. Kavya visits Shaurya in jail. Shaurya starts worrying about Palki.

Nidhi and Rakhi drive an autorickshaw to get to Rajveer and Palki. Rajveer and Palki hide inside a house, where a woman questions if they are in danger. Vicky’s men point a gun at Karan, Preeta, Mohit and Shanaya. Meanwhile, Rakhi, Dadi and Mahesh spot Karan’s car. Nidhi watches as Vishnu takes Preeta away from Vicky’s base.

Rajveer seeks help from politician Malti, but Palki finds out Vicky is Malti’s son. Vicky’s wife Mala helps Vishnu hide Preeta. Mahesh, Rakhi, Dadi and Nidhi try to fool Vicky’s men. Rajveer and Palki learn that Vicky, Vishnu and Raman are all Malti’s sons. They try to protect themselves from Vicky’s gang. The Luthras arrive and warn Vicky’s family to release Rajveer, Palki and Preeta.

While locked in a room, Rajveer and Palki grow closer. Vicky’s family searches the house for the Luthras. Rakhi and Dadi feel emotional when they finally meet Preeta. Vishnu helps Karan escape Raman to protect Preeta. Rakhi offers Vicky money to let everyone go, but Malti reveals she’s into drugs and plans to kill them all.

Preeta gets hurt while protecting Rajveer and the Luthras from Vicky’s gang. Surya releases Sandy after he signs a paper. At the hospital, unconscious Preeta holds Karan’s hand. Nidhi gets upset when Karan criticizes her way of raising Shaurya. Rajveer becomes scared when doctors hint at Preeta’s memory loss. Mohit tells Rajveer to take Preeta away.

Rajveer leaves the hospital with Preeta’s help. Karan feels sad and goes to the doctors to learn more. The doctors confirm Preeta has lost her memory. Nidhi tells Shaurya she’ll get him out of jail. Karan learns about Preeta’s condition but misses some important details. Aarohi advises Nidhi to find out the full truth about Preeta’s health.

Nidhi bribes Surya to help free Shaurya. The next day, Karan prepares to get Shaurya released. Preeta has a bad dream and becomes anxious about Shaurya. She visits him in jail and is shocked to find out Nidhi is his stepmother. Preeta tells Shaurya and Rajveer to end their fight. Surya accuses Shaurya of being a drug dealer.

Daljeet comforts a heartbroken Shanaya. Surya tells the media that Nidhi bribed him and plays a video as proof. Shaurya and Rajveer make a joint decision. Surya has Nidhi arrested. Rakhi lies to Surya, saying she sent Nidhi. Surya then arrests Karan, Rakhi and Mahesh. Preeta slaps Shaurya for lying to her. Nidhi narrates everything to Sonal.

Shaurya is shocked to see Karan, Rakhi and Mahesh in jail, and Karan scolds him. Rajveer arranges their bail. Rishabh visits Shaurya and promises to help get him out. Shaurya’s confession surprises the Luthras. The judge can’t give the verdict due to a break. Shaurya’s lawyer Vinit offers a suggestion. Nidhi visits Preeta.

Preeta leaves the house after hearing about Shaurya’s confession from Nidhi. Sandy’s statement helps free Shaurya. Shaurya visits Preeta and calls her his mother, leaving Nidhi shocked. The Luthras decide to hold Varun and Kavya’s engagement in two days. Karan notices Kavya missing Preeta. Shaurya takes Shanaya and Palki to his friend RV Malhotra’s wedding.

Preeta goes to the bank with the cheque Karan gave Rajveer and meets Kavya. Karan speaks with the bank manager about a big loan. Rajveer plots to ruin Karan’s business deal. Rakhi is confused when Kareena supports Nidhi. Karan tries to protect Kavya when robbers attack the bank. At home, Rakhi falls down the stairs.

The Luthras take Rakhi to the hospital. Nidhi sneaks into the bank to help Karan. Preeta hides with Kavya from the robbers. Mahesh tells Rishabh about Rakhi’s condition. Karan gets scared as one of the robbers kills a woman. Rishabh decides to support Karan. Preeta and Kavya realise they are trapped in a dangerous locker room.

Mark and his gang are thrilled to find the locker room. Karan looks everywhere for Kavya and Preeta. Rishabh and Kareena get worried for them. Daljeet and Shanaya blame Palki for hurting Shaurya. Nidhi offers the robbers money to kill Preeta. She panics when she hears they also plan to kill Karan for the locker key.

Rajveer enters the bank to save Preeta and Kavya. Rishabh tells Kareena, who is unwell, not to return home. Rajveer finds Preeta and Kavya. Palki learns Rajveer is inside the bank. Karan unlocks the locker to save them. Preeta tells Kavya that she is Rajveer’s mother. Karan fights off the robbers. Rajveer and Karan argue inside the bank.
