Mauli gets emotional when she sees Nandini’s reflection in the back mirror. Nandini, still trying to keep herself composed, quietly sits beside Rajdeep. After a while, they both decide to move towards the poolside. Mauli, who has been following closely, immediately calls Kunal and informs him that Nandini is right here at the hotel. Outside, Rajdeep excuses himself for the washroom but warns Nandini strictly not to move from her place. Around the same time, Kunal arrives at the hotel. Mauli quickly instructs him to go outside first and meet Rajdeep, so he gets convinced that Kunal is a business prospect, otherwise Rajdeep might get suspicious and leave after spotting her.

Just then, a little child slips and almost falls into the pool, which shocks Nandini. She instinctively rushes forward to save the child. At the same moment, Kunal comes out and immediately jumps into the pool to rescue the child and Nandini. Mauli, who had just stepped outside, freezes when she witnesses Kunal emerging from the pool holding Nandini in his arms. A thousand emotions rush through her, but she quickly composes herself, runs to Nandini, and covers her with her dupatta to protect her. Nandini looks up and is stunned to see Mauli after so many years. The two share a heavy gaze, and Mauli without wasting time leads Nandini inside. Unbeknownst to them, Rajdeep had witnessed everything from the balcony and rushes downstairs furiously.
Inside the washroom, both Mauli and Nandini break down in tears as memories of their past overwhelm them. Mauli gently dries Nandini with a towel, rubbing her hands to keep her warm. Twice, Nandini tries to reach out for Mauli’s hand, and even once attempts to hug her, but Mauli pulls away both times, still conflicted. Eventually, Nandini grabs her tightly in a desperate embrace. Mauli freezes but after a pause, she too hugs her back. Both cry uncontrollably — it is a reunion they had never imagined would happen after years of separation.
Nandini then places her hand over her belly. Mauli immediately worries and asks if she has stomach pain, assuming it is because of the pool water. She promises to get her medicine. Just then, Rajdeep storms into the female washroom, ignoring all propriety, and forcefully drags Nandini away, his eyes full of suspicion. In the corridor, Kunal cleverly diverts Rajdeep by striking up a conversation about business. He assures Rajdeep that he is very interested in working with him. Turning to Mrs. Thakur, he politely greets her and says his wife would also be delighted to meet her. Soon after, they sit at a nearby table to place an order. Mauli joins them. Rajdeep is shocked and irritated seeing her but hides his anger, pretending politeness.
Kunal introduces Mauli as his wife. Rajdeep changes his tone instantly, recognizing her warmly and revealing to Kunal that Mauli and Nandini were once best friends. He even apologizes to Mauli, claiming that he had been the cause of misunderstandings in their past. With fake charm, he extends his hand for friendship. Mauli looks first at Kunal, then at Nandini, who subtly nods at her to accept. Reluctantly, Mauli shakes Rajdeep’s hand. At home, Dida struggles with her iPhone which shuts down due to low battery. She calls for the maid Pramilla, but she is too busy listening to music while kneading dough. Dida tries to grab the charger herself. Mamma enters to help, but Dida snaps at her, saying she should focus on her Delhi trip instead. Hurt, Mamma quietly leaves.
Meanwhile, Nandini holds Mauli’s hand and congratulates her warmly for becoming such a reputed doctor. Mauli asks how she is doing. Before Nandini can respond, Rajdeep interrupts, boasting that they are both very happy. He smugly declares he has the best wife in the world. But as Kunal listens, the memories of Nandini’s suffering in Goa flash before him.
Nandini suddenly sneezes. Rajdeep quickly offers her a handkerchief, pretending to be a caring husband. He mentions she had slipped into the pool. Mauli immediately clarifies that Kunal was the one who saved her. Rajdeep forces Nandini to thank Kunal, but Kunal humbly says, “Not Dr. Kunal, just Kunal.” Rajdeep laughs and adds that they are family now anyway.
Nandini glances at Mauli with desperate eyes, silently telling her she has so much to share. She wants to tell Mauli how she was right all those years ago when she warned her against marrying Rajdeep. She wants to confide that she is expecting, that her life is still filled with pain. On the other hand, Mauli’s heart aches as she realizes just how much she has missed her dearest friend in all these years.

Mauli tells Kunal that every time they have met Nandini, she has been in some accident, which clearly means she is in danger. At night, Mauli insists that they must go to Nandini immediately. Meanwhile, Rajdeep brings another woman into his bedroom, leaving Nandini crying outside the room. Mauli, determined, says she will not spare Rajdeep if her doubts about him are proven true.
