After weeks of tension and emotional turmoil, the gavel finally falls—Mishka is found guilty. Her crimes exposed beyond doubt, the judge delivers a firm verdict: ten years of imprisonment. As the sentence is read aloud, Mishka stands frozen, her expression a mixture of shock and disbelief. Deepa watches silently, her heart heavy yet relieved that justice has been served for Rupa and for all the pain Mishka caused.
But just as one chapter closes, another begins. Suraj, weighed down by guilt and remorse, makes a quiet decision to leave. Without ceremony or confrontation, he visits Deepa one final time. In a solemn moment, he hands her the divorce certificate. His voice is calm but tinged with regret as he explains that she deserves peace, something he feels he can no longer be a part of. Deepa stands still, the paper in her hands symbolizing both closure and a fresh wound.
