The episode begins with Suraj sitting quietly, lost in his thoughts. Ever since Mishka turned his life upside down, he has been struggling to find peace. His heart is heavy with frustration and helplessness. Mishka’s constant manipulation and mind games are slowly breaking his spirit. But Deepa, always standing strong beside him, refuses to let him fall apart. She sits next to Suraj and softly encourages him to rise again. Deepa reminds him that he has always fought for what’s right, and now it’s time to fight for himself, too.
Touched by Deepa’s words, Suraj finally lifts his head. He wipes away his frustration and nods with new determination in his eyes. Just then, Shona and Rupa enter the room with a burst of energy. They sense the heaviness in the atmosphere and decide to bring some joy back into the house. With a big smile, Shona grabs Suraj’s hand while Rupa plays music. But while the family shares a joyful moment, trouble is brewing once again. Mishka, who has been jailed for her crimes, refuses to give up. Her obsession with Suraj has turned into a dangerous obsession. Even behind bars, she is plotting her next evil move. This time, she creates a wicked plan to sneak into Suraj’s life again—this time in disguise. She uses her connection with Officer Shampa, who she has blackmailed before, to help her escape temporarily. With her help, Mishka disguises herself as a patient and arrives at the hospital where Suraj works. Wearing a medical mask and different clothes, she hides her identity and manages to get admitted without suspicion.
Inside the hospital, Mishka pretends to be unwell and asks to be treated by none other than Dr. Suraj himself. When Suraj is called in, he’s shocked to see her. His face turns pale, and his hands shake. He can’t believe she’s standing in front of him again. He immediately demands that she leave, but Mishka calmly smiles and says she’s not going anywhere. She pulls out a piece of paper and hands it to the nurse. It’s a bond—one that claims Suraj is the father of her unborn child. The staff, confused and unaware of the truth, ask Suraj to sign the paper, thinking it’s a regular legal form.
Suraj looks at the paper and then at Mishka. His heart races with rage. How far will she go to ruin him? He takes the paper, looks at it in disbelief, then rips it into pieces right in front of her. “Enough is enough!” he shouts. “You will not destroy my life with your lies anymore!” The hospital staff watches silently as Suraj storms out of the room, completely disgusted and angry. His voice echoes through the hallway.
Meanwhile, Mishka stands there with a twisted grin on her face. Her plan may not have worked this time, but she is not done yet. She watches Suraj walk away, knowing that her evil games are far from over.
